MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL from TOPS #0737 Sallisaw! May God bless you all for the New Year!

Monday we had eight weigh in. We had four lose and four had slight gains, we ended up with a plus .7 pound gain for our chapter. This time of year is a difficult time with many social meals to celebrate with family and friends. Two of our ladies tied for best weight loss… Doris and Phyllis each lost 1.7 pounds. Congratulations ladies! Well done for this past week. Phyllis’ name was drawn from the Two Bit Bowl, so she won the quarters this week. Our Chapter Challenge is NO CHIPS.

We had a dear TOPS sister pass away last Monday and this Monday we said our good byes at her funeral. We will miss our sweet JoAnn Brown.

Our chapter Christmas party will be on Monday the 19. This will be a great time to visit our chapter and see the support and fun contests we have for you. This will be our last weigh in of 2022. If you want to visit us to see what happens at TOPS meeting, your first visit is free.

We discussed a few business items, one to change our meeting time to 10:30am to 12 noon beginning Jan. 2, 2023. When we originally started our chapter we had 10:30 as a starting time, but then our chapter grew to 37 members so we needed more time to weigh members. Since the pandemic, we have gone down to ten. We are planning a ‘Meet and Greet’ on January 2. We would like to invite anyone interested in knowing more about TOPS and how we can support you on your weight loss journey.

The price to join TOPS CLUB INC is $49 for a new member and for a member whose membership has expired, the cost is $37.

EVERYONE is invited to visit. The first visit is FREE. It cost $49 a year to join TOPS Club INC. We meet at First Christian Church, 706 N Wheeler, Sallisaw, Monday at 10am-12pm. We begin weighing at 10am and the meeting starts at 11am and ends at 12. For more info, please call Billie at 918/413-1383. We look forward to meeting you.
