Circle of Care achieves best Christian workplace honors

The Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI), a research-based organizational and human resources consulting firm, has announced that Circle of Care, Inc is certified as a 2022 Best Christian Workplace.

The Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI), a research-based organizational and human resources consulting firm, has announced that Circle of Care, Inc is certified as a 2022 Best Christian Workplace.

Organizations that seek certification must complete the BCWI employee engagement survey and meet predetermined standards of excellence. Circle of Care employees answered more than 50 questions measuring perceptions on topics such as teamwork, communication, organizational commitment, Christian witness, opportunities for personal growth and development, and fairness of pay and benefits.

‘We are committed to building a healthy and Christ-centered culture at Circle of Care,” Circle of Care President and CEO, Keith Howard, commented. “What I enjoy about this process with BCWI is that it is 100% based on team feedback. It is our team members providing honest, transparent feedback and sharing what they truly feel about Circle of Care.”

Howard also discussed how this honor highlights the growth of the organization.

“To be named a Best Christian Workplace for a third straight year highlights the fact that our focused commitment regarding our workplace culture is working and all of our team is benefiting from that commitment. In addition, BCWI provides invaluable feedback and a great wealth of data from the survey to allow us to highlight our strengths and lean into our weaknesses so that improvements will continue to happen.’

Circle of Care was established in 1917 and is the largest private provider of foster care in the state of Oklahoma. The organization also offers mental health services and programs throughout the state surrounding the child welfare system, benefitting single mothers and young people who age out of the foster care system. Their stated mission is to bring Christian help, healing, and hope to children and families in crisis to ensure a safe, healthy, and spiritual future.
