12/05/2022 to 12/12/2022

During the week of Dec.

5 to Dec. 12, Sequoyah County Law Enforcement tended to 16 animal calls, 103 traffic stops, along with numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports. Following is a list of incidents included from last week’s reports:

12/5/22

8:11 a.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of S 4490 Rd. RP states that her neighbor has been riding his bicycle in her driveway and will go down the street to the woods, and just stare at her residence. It is making the RP feel uncomfortable and she would like to speak to a deputy. -Jeremy Day responded.

10:02 a.m.- Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of 4720 Rd. RP advised he and his wife bought some property and recently discovered a house with occupants on the property. RP wants to know what can be done. -Galen Irvin responded.

11:27 a.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4730 Rd. RP wants to make a police report in regards to someone stealing some of his property, including fishing tackle, ice chest, pictures. RP is requesting a report. -Galen Irvin and Jeremy Day responded.

1:49 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- RP advised a female who gave him the name of a female he knows but that wasn’t her, called and advised her kids were missing and she believes they were on the property of his old race track. He would like to speak with a deputy about the phone call. -Daniel Whitus responded.

5:11 p.m.- Stolen Property-In the vicinity of E. 981 Rd. RP advised he had some trash cans stolen, has followed up with the trash service and they did not take them. Needing to file a report. -Jeff Neighbors responded.

5:48 p.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of E. 1000 Rd. RP advised a subject is at their residence, and they do not want him there. He is not currently causing any problems, just want him gone. -Charles Webber responded.

12/6/22

12:15 a.m.- Disturbance-In the vicinity of 64B. RP advised a family member is drunk and threatening to burn the house down. She left his residence about 20 minutes ago and believes he may get in his vehicle and drive. She’d like a deputy to make sure he is not driving. -Cody Parkerson and Jeff Neighbors responded.

6:48 a.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of S. 4513 Rd. RP advised a white male wearing black hoodie, black pants and a hat, was sitting by her car underneath the carport talking to himself. When her sister went outside the man got up and headed west on 1010 Rd. -Jeremy Day responded.

7:01 a.m.- Disturbance At El Siesta. RP advised the owners are outside screaming and yelling at tenants. One of them has a long stick threatening to hit people with it. While still on the phone with dispatch, he advised they have calmed down and do not need police. 308 called advising the manager of El Siesta called stating a man with a stick hit her boyfriend. -Vian PD responded.

1:40 p.m.- Fraud- RP advised she received a message from a bank and clicked on the link. It took her to a site that looked like the bank and she logged in with her information. And now the RP has no money in her bank account. Advised to change phone number and phones. -Galen Irvin responded.

2:05 p.m.- Domestic- In the vicinity of Hwy. 10A. Gore PD advised a witness saw a rolling domestic. A male was throwing rocks at a female on the side of the road, and then he made her get back in the vehicle. They are going towards the Dollar General on Indian road. -Colton Goff and Daniel Whitus responded.

7:10 p.m.- Drugs- In the vicinity of E. Avalon. Fentanyl overdose, three doses of Narcan at this time. Subject is a female, has started breathing. Two children in the residence. Vian officer did not do a DHS referral. -Mark Choate, Cody Parkerson and Vian PD responded.

12/7/22

1:24 p.m.- Domestic- In the vicinity of E. 1075 Rd. Two males, all you can hear is screaming and yelling, and someone saying choke me again. Finally got someone to talk, they stated there are no weapons and it’s a fight between family members. -Brian Stone and Roger Johnson responded.

9:07 p.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of S. 4720 Rd. RP advised they had seen a male subject on the property but he is no longer there. At 9:12 p.m. a subject called and advised she can see the male subject standing in the tree line with a flashlight. -Allen Ramey and Austin Blackfox responded.

12/8/22

8:47 a.m.- 10-26 Motorist Assist- OHP requested us to send a deputy to the rest area; needing assistance with a flat tire in a Honda Accord. -Brian Stone responded.

1:05 p.m.- Welfare check In the vicinity of E. 1126 Rd. RP wants a welfare check, made an appointment for aide to come today and she won’t answer the phone or the door. She has decreased mobility. -Roger Johnson responded.

2:59 p.m.- Information 818 advised he had a beat up Ford beat with a trailer that turned around at Flat Rock doing over 80, and he got away from him. 804 and 807 coped direct and are en route to the area. 818 located the vehicle north of S. 4720 Rd. -Colton Goff, Brian Stone and Shane Petree responded.

4:29 p.m.- Trespassing- RP wants a female in a white Dodge car trespassed. She was mad because her order was not ready. She cussed the worker and then started flipping her off. The RP told her to leave and she did. -Allen Ramey responded.

6:45 p.m.- Prowler- In the vicinity of E. 1140 Rd. RP advised he believes there had been someone prowling around his residence. Unknown if anyone ever broke in. just requesting a deputy to come out and look around. -Austin Blackfox responded.

8:55 p.m.- Harassing Phone Calls- RP wants to know what he can do about it. -Mark Choate spoke to party via phone.

10:18 p.m.- Sig 87/88- RP is with OK Foods and advised they have an employee who is highly intoxicated trying to leave in his vehicle. Drives a van. -Allen Ramey and Austin Blackfox responded.

12/9/22

12:01 a.m.- Disturbance RP advised he is the property owner and he received a call about a group of college kids having a party on his property. He advised there was approx. 20 vehicles lined up along the road and he was told they were arguing. He is afraid a fight is going to take place. -Charles Webber and Cody Parkerson responded.

10:35 a.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4705 Rd. RP advised her uncle was in the shower and his home health nurse stole $1,600 from him while he was in the shower. Not sure where the nurse works at, he stated somewhere In Muldrow or Roland. -Brian Stone responded.

12:09 p.m- Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 978 Rd. RP advised there is a Ford truck parked on his property and it has been there for over an hour. Another subject also called about this same thing. -Jeremy Day responded.

6:48 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- In the McKey Hill area. RP has a question about whether or not he can go get his kids from their grandfather without any problems. He said he has custodial custody.

-Cody Parkerson spoke to party via phone.

12/10/22

12:42 am.- Traffic- SPD advised they had received a call about a maroon Buick parked in the road with someone sitting in the backseat. -Cody Parkeson responded.

1:19 a.m.- Domestic- RP advised she and friends are at the VFW, and a male subject got mad at her and pushed her down, causing her to hit her head. She does not want EMS. -Jeff Neighbors, Cody Parkerson and Charles Webber responded.

12:03 p.m.- Domestic- RP advised her daughter is trying to kick her out of the residence and she is handicapped. It is only verbal at this time. -Galen Irvin and Daniel Whitus responded.

3:24 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of E. 1120 Rd. RP would like to speak with a deputy about her neighbor trying to lure her dog to his property so he can shoot it. -Galen Irvin responded.

6:27 p.m.- Welfare Check-RP advised her grandchildren may be around drugs and drug paraphernalia. -Charles Webber responded.

10:06 p.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64. RP advised he caught someone going through his truck and is following the suspect vehicle. A late 90’s Ford F-150. Muldrow PD was asked to stop and detain the driver. RP advised the suspect was wearing a camo Carhart, white shirt, jeans with holes in them. -Jeff Neighbors and Randy Taylor responded.

12/11/22

12:21 p.m.- Property Dispute- In the vicinity of S. 4487 Rd. RP advised that someone had come onto his property and cut down some trees. -Jeremy Day responded.

2:02 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of E. 1020 Rd. RP advised she had gotten a notification stating that her house had been put up for sale, requesting to speak to a deputy. -Daniel Whitus responded.

3:03 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of N. JT Stites. RP advised someone has stolen his chainsaw. Requesting to make a report. -Daniel Whitus responded.

4:42 p.m.- Other- RP said she and her husband are having issues and she is taking a break while they go to counseling. He is telling her he is changing the locks, going to throw her belongings outside. She is wanting a deputy to go with her to the residence. -Jeremy Day and Daniel Whitus responded.

11:19 p.m.- Other- In the vicinity of Tenkiller 984 Rd. 805 was advised of an underaged drinking party. -Charles Webber responded.
