BILLIE ANTHONY
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL from TOPS #0737 Sallisaw! May God bless you all for the New Year!
Today we had nine members weigh in and two visitors. Billie had the biggest weight loss for the week with three pounds off. We will NOT meet next week because of the Christmas holiday.
We enjoyed our annual Christmas party with a luncheon of chicken tortilla soup or potato soup, veggie tray, special seasoned crackers, cornbread and French baguette bread. During the meal we each had a chance to tell of our earliest Christmas memory. We all realized how we all grew up in an innocent era. We were all poor, but didn’t realize it.
Beginning Jan. 2, 2023, we will begin our meeting at 10:30 a.m. and meeting will begin at 11 a.m. and end at noon. We are planning a ‘Meet and Greet’ in January. We would like to invite anyone interested in knowing more about TOPS and how we can support you on your weight loss journey. Again, wishing all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
The price to join TOPS CLUB INC is $49 for a new member and for a member whose membership has expired, the cost is $37.
Everyone is invited to visit. The first visit is free. It cost $49 a year to join TOPS Club INC. We meet at First Christian Church, 706 N Wheeler, Sallisaw, Monday at 10 a.m.- to 12 p.m. We begin weighing at 10 a.m. and the meeting starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 12. For more info, please call Billie at 918-413-1383. We look forward to meeting you.
