Mexican Style Corn on Cob

Ears of corn, do this according to what you want to eat Cream cheese, about a Tbsp. per ear, or to taste Chili powder and cayenne powder, to taste Grated parmesan cheese Lime wedges or lime juice Prepare corn as desired. I boiled mine but you could also grill it. Add corn to large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce flame to medium and simmer 10 minutes. Drain corn. Slather cream cheese like you would butter all over corn. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over corn to taste. Sprinkle cayenne and chili powder over corn to taste. Squeeze limes over corn or sprinkle with lime juice if desired. Enjoy!
