Sausage Ramen
I am not typically a fan of Ramen. I loved this one and have used this Goya Sazon seasoning several times since I published this recipe! So good!

2 Tbsps. butter ½ large onion, diced 7oz smoked sausage, halved and sliced 3 cups water 2 blocks ramen noodles, discard seasoning packets 1 packet Goya Sazon – I found it at Walmart. It comes in a box with 8 or 10 packets and I really liked the flavor!
On medium heat, in large skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and sausage until a starting to brown, about 4-5 minutes. Carefully pour water in skillet. It will be hot so do this slowly or it will bubble and splash. Place two blocks ramen noodles in skillet with water. Allow to come back to boil and unfold noodle blocks and turn occasionally until they have softened enough to be completely in water. Continue cooking until most of liquid is gone, about 5-6 minutes more, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. Stir in Goya seasoning and serve.
