Seven Sequoyah County court cases involving multiple felony charges have been scheduled for a 9 a.m. March 23 jury trial sounding docket in Sequoyah County District Court, according to court records.
Those cases include:
• Micha D. Albertson, 24, of Muldrow, charged with lewd molestation on March 29, 2022
• Justin M. Ferguson, 27, of Webbers Falls, charged with possession of firearm after former felony conviction, possession of controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree burglary on Dec. 15, 2021
• Lee B. King, 28, of Dallas, Texas, charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill, two counts of maiming and first degree attempted robbery on July 23, 2021
• Bentley J. Knowlton, 26, of Gore, charged with knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property and grand larceny on Aug. 24, 2022
• Rico E. Wallace, 45, of Tulsa, charged with malicious injury to property over $1,000 on June 15, 2020
• Rusty J. Waters, 44, of Sallisaw, charged with three counts of child sexual abuse, two counts of first degree rape, and first degree rape by instrumentation on Dec. 22, 2021
• Teresa G. Williams, 46, of Sallisaw, charged with child sexual abuse on April 6, 2022.
