Silver Alert issued for missing man

Author i t i e s said Mobley is 75-years-old and described as 5’8, weighing 200 lbs., and is bald with brown eyes. He was last seen leaving the Fort Smith VA Center at 4:36 p.m. on Jan. 20 in a 2011 Dodge R1500 pickup with an Oklahoma tag.
According to the Silver Alert, Mobley is at-risk and has been diagnosed with dementia, diabetes, depression and anxiety. He has also reportedly suffered a brain injury.
Sallisaw Police Chief Terry Franklin said Tuesday that authorities are trying to check all leads.
“Right now, Mobley has been classified as a missing person and we are checking every lead we receive,” Franklin said. “This person has even been spotted in other states so we have to rule out every call.”
“Mobley’s family is upset and trying to get answers,” he said. “And we are hoping to get those answers, too.”
Franklin said anyone with any information about Mobley is asked to contact the police department or call 9-1-1.
