Smoked Sausage and Noodles
2 14oz pkgs. smoked sausage
16oz egg noodles
1 medium onion, diced
2 15oz cans cream corn
1½ cups sour cream Salt & pepper, to taste ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. Cajun seasoning Cook noodles according to package directions in large pot. In large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir sausage and onion 5 minutes, or until onion is crisp-tender and sausage has light browning. Drain noodles and return to pot. Add sausage mixture to noodles along with corn, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix well and taste to see if adjustments are needed. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
