Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Chocolate Chip Granola Bars 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats ¾ cup peanut butter ⅓ cup honey ½ cup mini chocolate chips 2 whole eggs Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Firmly press mixture into pan in even layer. If desired, sprinkle additional chocolate chips over top, pressing them into mixture. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until center is baked through and edges are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and place pan on cooling rack. Let bars cool completely before cutting into even squares or bars with sharp knife.
