1/31/23
4:43 a.m.- Motorist Assist- RP advised he was on the 308 off ramp and was in need of a tire iron. Sallisaw PD advised him to contact county for assistance. -Charles Webber responded.
6:40 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- RP would like to speak with a deputy in regards to his children being at mother’s residence in Sequoyah County, but their school in Tulsa is threatening them with a truancy ticket. -Jeff Neighbors responded.

9:22 a.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of S. 4510 Rd, RP advised a subject is trespassing on her son’s property and they want her to leave. She is in a white van but still on the property. -Shane Petree responded.
3:02 p.m.- Other- In the vicinity of Hwy. 100, UPS called and advised that he is out with a subject who was kicked out of her house three days ago. She is freezing and doesn’t have a phone, so she will be waiting on a deputy to make contact with her. She will be in a white van. -Shane Petree responded.

12:35 a.m.- 10-21 phone call- In the vicinity of the VFW, RP wants to speak to a deputy about getting shelter for the night. -Austin Blackfox responded.
7:54 a.m.- Prowler- In the vicinity of E. 1020 Rd, RP advised there are some people living in travel trailers near his property and he believes they’ve been prowling on his property and turning his propane off at night. He wants to make a report. -Shane Petree responded.
6:29 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- In the vicinity of Bawcom Rd, RP advised he would like to speak to a deputy regarding kids that keep playing around his residence, would like to know what could be done. RP did not know his address. -Austin Blackfox responded.

3:28 a.m.- Domestic- Vian PD advised they got a call from an RP in Vermont stating that a subject on Tiktok was live streaming a domestic. -Mark Choate, Allen Ramey and Austin Blackfox responded.
2:34 p.m.- Fraud- RP would like to speak to a deputy. She thinks Amazon has taken $150 from her bank account. -Cody Parkerson responded.
10:22 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of S. 4612 Rd, RP advised a female arrived at his residence crying with blood on her face. She has left the residence stating she has nowhere to go. She is wearing a gray hoodie with blue jean bell bottoms. -Charles Webber responded.
2/4/23 8:47 a.m.- Noise Complaint- In the vicinity of W. Chickasaw Ave, RP advised there were six gunshots in the area and he’ld like a deputy to drive out the area and make sure everything is okay. -Daniel Whitus responded.
2:01 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 59, RP just returned home and someone has broken into his shed and taken all of his tools. -Daniel Whitus responded.
9:22 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of 4690 Rd, RP is in a white Honda Pilot and there is a silver Dodge pickup in the area driving up and down the road. She is afraid to go home. -Jeff Neighbors responded.
9:52 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- At the Brushy Cemetery, RP advised there is a dark colored sedan parked at the cemetery for some time. Questionable drug activity in the area. -Charles Webber responded.

10:06 a.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 1060 Rd, RP advised his sister has stolen some of his tools as well as some other property. He advised this has happened in the past and he’d like to make a report. -Galen Irvin responded.
3:17 p.m.- Shooting Firearms- In the vicinity of E. 1028 Rd, RP advised she was on her way home when she went past her ex-husband’s residence. He started shooting a gun at her and her daughter. She advised this happened about 30 minutes ago. She is now at her residence, and he is at his. She is not sure what his address is. -Daniel Whitus responded.

9:30 a.m.- Speak with Deputy- RP advised he’d like to speak with a deputy in a calm manner rather than his wife and the neighbor’s wife calling and not being so calm about the situation. The RP is having a problem with his neighbor’s fence not being strong enough to keep his bull away from RP’s cattle. RP is wanting the neighbor to go in halves with him to build a better fence. -Roger Johnson responded.
1:42 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- RP advised tshe’d like to speak with 828 about getting her vehicle back from her ex-husband who has been borrowing it but she has a PO against him. -Roger Johnson responded.
4:59 p.m.- Complaint- In the vicinity of E. 1050 Rd, RP advised she’d like to make a complaint against her neighbor for shooting and scaring her cats. -Roger Johnson, Shane Petree, Roger Johnson and Allen Ramey made an arrest.

8:27 a.m.- Stolen Property- RP advised a subject has been breaking into his house and taking his credit cards and charging them. About six months ago he noticed someone had broken into his home and didn’t notice anything missing at the time, but now believes that was when his credit card was taken. He was sent paperwork from his credit card company that told him the last item bought and who it was that bought it, and that was what the paperwork told him. RP is requesting to be called before a deputy comes out there to make sure he is home. -Roger Johnson responded.
8:30 a.m.- Stolen Property- RP advised a subject was supposed to be working on his 4-wheeler and is now refusing to give it back and $1,400 of his money. -Shane Petree responded.
4:50 p.m.- Other- RP made no sense. He was talking about a subject taking him into custody about a year and a half ago or a year and a month ago. Then he wanted to report two women were disturbing the church by French kissing in it. Also said a guy was walking around about an hour ago with a rifle. -Shane Petree responded.

1:02 a.m.- Suspicious Person In the vicinity of S. 4523 Rd, RP advised her daughter and son-in-law live on the property and they called her and said they heard someone outside walking around. They did not see anyone but they want a deputy to drive out the area. RP advised no one wants contact with a deputy. -Austin Blackfox responded.
9:37 a.m.- Information- In the vicinity of S. 4776 Rd, RP advised her granddaughter goes to an in-home daycare and last week she came home with a scratch on her face.They thought it might have been just from her fingernails but yesterday she came home with four scratches on her face. The grandmother advised the daycare will not allow them in the house and there is seven other kids that go to the daycare. -Jeremy Day responded.
2:48 p.m.- 10-21 Phone Call- RP advised she got a strange call from a subject stating he was suing her and he quoted her whole social security number and was being very rude and hateful to her. She called the court clerk and they told her to call and speak to a deputy. -Steven Edwards responded.
6:46 p.m.- Speak with Deputy- RP is wanting to speak with the deputy who was at his house a bit ago. Now wants to speak with a supervisor. RP is upset, he couldn’t get the deputy to hear his side of the incident. RP advised he was driving up to his house and there was a jeep stopped in the roadway. He honked his horn, then flashed his lights. The jeep pulled forward a few feet, then stopped again. RP advised he passed the jeep on the shoulder. RP advised later a deputy was at his residence and when he attempted to explain his side of the story, he was told to shut up and he (the deputy) was there to argue with him. RP advised he told the deputy to leave his property. -Charles House responded.

8:40 a.m.- Speak with Deputy RP advised a subject used her debit card without her permission. She has already filed it at fraud department but is wanting to fill out a report now or later. -Steven Edwards responded.
4:17 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of 59 and 101, RP advised his granddaughter stopped across the road from the old Sparks to look at a vehicle someone was selling. She wanted to take a picture and the man went to screaming and told her no. -Jeremy Day responded.
4:35 p.m.- Deputy Assistance Muldrow PD advised someone has come in with a firearm that was recovered in the county and the owner does not want it. They believe it is odd and would like a deputy. -Roger Johnson responded.
6:37 p.m.- Noise Complaint- In the vicinity of E. 1000 Rd, RP advised he heard yelling and then two gun shots a few minutes ago but he has not heard anything else. He does not want contact with a deputy but would like a deputy to drive out the area. -Austin Blackfox and Mark Choate responded.

6:14 a.m.- Other- RP advised her Walmart app account has been hacked and there are unknown charges on her account. -Shane Petree responded.
3:02 p.m.- Drugs- At the Dollar General on Swon Rd, RP is the manager and advised there is a lightbulb with possible 63 in a shopping cart. -Roger Johnson responded.
3:58 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 1150 Rd, RP advised sometime this afternoon, someone broke into his residence and stole a firearm. -Roger Johnson responded.
11:27 p.m.- Assist- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64 Roland. Reports of a black Dodge running people off the road between Muldrow and into Roland. It is believed to the same vehicle they made contact with last night. -Austin Blackfox and Allen Ramey responded.

6:46 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of Ray Fine Dr., RP advised someone had started a fire in a mop bucket on his porch. He does have the fire out. -Gore PD responded.
12:41 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 995 Rd., RP wants to make a report of utility theft. RP advised she has a customer stealing water. They have taken meters but he continues to put a pipe in the ground to steal water. -Roger Johnson responded.
2:51 p.m.- Drugs- In the vicinity of S. 4660 Rd., RP wants a deputy to pick up needles that were thrown out on her property. -Galen Irvin responded.
8:25 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of Dollar General on S. Hwy 59, RP advised a former employee is not supposed to be there and has came in three night in a row, causing problems. Suspect left the store while still on phone with the RP but they still need with a deputy. -Mark Choate gave verbal trespass order.
