Letter to the Editor

Misunderstanding or misinformation

Words have meanings and if we misunderstand a word within a statement, we can be deceived into believing something that is not true. Also, if we receive misinformation over and over we will finally accept it as truth: Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler proved that.

Dear Editor,

Words have meanings and if we misunderstand a word within a statement, we can be deceived into believing something that is not true. Also, if we receive misinformation over and over we will finally accept it as truth: Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler proved that.

The word “democracy” is being slung around repeatedly by our elected officials referring to our form of government: evidently they are trying to convince the common people that we are, in fact, a Democracy; which is a lie. We are not a democracy, but a republic with constitutional laws to abide by and for our elected officials to represent us in accordance to the constitution.

A democracy is ruled by the majority; policies are made according to the popular vote: rules, regulations and laws are determined by the majority and can be changed at the drop of a hat. A democracy is not a government of the people but a government of the majority, neither by the people but by the majority; nor for the people, but for the majority Our constitution was carefully and prayerfully formed of the people, by the people and for the people. Our constitution protects the people from an unfair, abusive and controlling government and all of our elected officials vow a sacred oath to uphold and defend our constitution: which is lacking in a democracy These globalists want us to believe that we have a democracy so they can pass rules and regulations that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and will take away our constitutional rights as USA citizens and then be bullied into accepting whatever they dish out.

Democracy evolves into socialism and socialism evolves into communism where the majority have no power over the government but rather must submit to slave labor or be killed Every communist country has murdered millions of their own citizens and if we do not learn from history, we will repeat it over and over.

Real men of God teach and preach righteousness in a positive way, and we teach and preach against unrighteousness whether it be within the church, home or government. Yes, God is interested in our churches being holy and our families loving and caring for one another. Also, our government officials carrying out their sworn duties in an honorable fashion.

Another misinformation is SEPARATION FROM CHURCH AND STATE; that is a lie; the First Amendment forbids the government from making any law for or against a church; it says nothing about Christians getting into politics or about preachers preaching politics. Amen.
