3/13/2023 to 3/19/2023 During the week of March 13 to 19, Sequoyah County law enforcement tended to 12 animal calls, 106 traffic stops, along with numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports. Following is a list of incidents included from last week’s reports:

During the week of March 13 to 19, Sequoyah County law enforcement tended to 12 animal calls, 106 traffic stops, along with numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports. Following is a list of incidents included from last week’s reports:

3/13/23

1:20 p.m.- Stolen Vehicle- In the vicinity of Muldrow. RP advised she was arrested with a subject on Jan. 12, her vehicle was left at a subject’s residence and she is trying to get the vehicle back. The subject told them if they came on his property he was going to have them arrested and she just got word her vehicle is no longer at the house. She is wanting to know what she can do, she is stating that her vehicle has been stolen. -Galen Irvin responded.

3/14/23

8:01 a.m.- Threats- In the Henson area. RP advised a family member lives in Tulsa and is supposed to be on her way here to kill her. The RP is at Muldrow PD. -Galen Irvin responded.

8:55 a.m.- Domestic- In the vicinity of S. Winn St. RP advised her sister called and told her her ex-boyfriend showed up at her residence and beat her up. He is there beating on the door still. -Gore PD made an arrest.

9:56 a.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of Gum Springs Church. RP advised she was driving and a male subject jumped out in front of her vehicle. She stated he is bald, wearing an olive green coat and blue jeans.

10:47 a.m.- Suspicious Person In the vicinity of Hwy. 59. RP advised a black Dodge single cab truck with suspicious people in it that got stuck on his property and caused big ruts in his yard. He wants a deputy to come check them out. -Galen Irvin and Justin Deuley responded.

5:58 p.m.- Property Dispute- In the vicinity of Hwy 82. RP advised she was selling a trailer to an individual and they have the trailer but they have not paid for it. RP still has the title but she does not know what she needs to do to get the trailer back. -Charles Webber responded.

8:43 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 1080 Rd. RP advised there is a silver minivan that has been driving the area, stopping in the roadway multiple times. They live on a dead end road and the vehicle just left driving towards Hwy. 64B. -Daniel Whitus made an arrest.

3/15/23

1:48 p.m.- Trash Dumping- RP advised people have been dumping trash on his property. He also advised there are containers of pills with the trash. -Austin Blackfox was given this information.

2:13 p.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of S. 4749 Rd. RP advised there is a gray SUV parked along the roadway. A male left the vehicle, and went into the woods with a machete and gun.-Shane Petree, Galen Irvin, Colton Goff and Austin Blackfox responded.

2:21 p.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of Hwy. 141. RP advised the neighbors’ kids are coming onto the RP’s property and the other neighbor’s property. They have been asked to stay off the property. -Austin Blackfox responded.

2:57 p.m.- Suicide Attempt- In the vicinity of E. 1100 Rd. RP advised 42-year-old male has stabbed himself in the neck on purpose. -Dwayne Frizzell and Austin Blackfox responded.

7:30 p.m.- Property Dispute- In the vicinity of S. 4770 Rd. RP advised his neighbor is building a fence but he is putting the T-post on the RP’s property. Would like to speak with a deputy.-Duwaine Chase responded.

10:22 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of 1090 Rd. RP has property on 1090 Road and buying more property on 4645 Road, and she is having problems with a tenant on 1090 Rd. -Duwaine Chase responded.

3/16/23

7:00 a.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of E. 1023 Rd. RP called and said she was leaving for work and saw two suspicious subjects at the end of her drive. She said one of the subjects had a black hoodie on. She believed they had flashlights, looking around. RP said her husband was home. -Shane Petree responded.

1:14 p.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of Akins Church. RP advised there is a man wearing a green coat, waving his arms at people driving by and seems to be arguing with himself. -Galen Irvin responded.

3:11 p.m.- In the vicinity of Hwy, 10A. RP advised a male wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans was walking in and out of the road. -Shane Petree responded.

10:10 p.m.- Traffic- In the vicinity of 1050 Rd. RP advised of a 70’s model Chevy, blue and white in color, parked in the roadway. Call was transferred to OHP.

3/17/23

8:58 a.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of Hwy. 141. Male subject wearing a brown Carhartt jacket with hood, standing on side of road, staring at his house. 822 was advised he was picked up by a vehicle. -Galen Irvin responded.

3:46 p.m.- Assist- In the vicinity of I-40. Trooper Galvan advised he is waiting on a car to come in from the Checotah area with male subjects that have felony warrants. Will be doing a felony takedown and would like some assistance. -Daniel Whitus, Trevor Charlton, Justin Deuley, Steven Edwards, Galen Irvin, Vian PD, and Jeff Mooneyham responded.

10: 30 p.m.- Other- RP advised her son and his friends were in her car at the river by the train bridge and someone was shooting from the other side of the river. A bullet hit the RP’s car about 20 minutes ago. Dispatch contacted Leflore Co. with the information as well, they are going to attempt to locate. -Jeff Neighbors responded.

3/18/23

12:08 p.m.- Other- RP advised there is a car sitting on blocks with all the wheels taken off it that has been burnt completely. -Galen Irvin responded.

1:52 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 953 Rd. RP advised he had something delivered to his residence yesterday by Lowe’s. He believes the delivery driver has stolen $300 from his residence and he’d like to make a report. -Daniel Whitus responded.

3/19/23

2:13 a.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of 1120 Rd. RP advised they were having a gathering and a male individual became intoxicated and tore things up. The RP does not wish to make a report about the damages but would like a deputy to attempt to make contact with the male. He has left walking eastbound toward Hwy. 59. -Charles Webber and Jeff Neighbors responded.

11:36 a.m.- Shooting Firearms- In the vicinity of E. 1126 Rd. RP advised there is an older silver truck parked on the side of the road in the area of her residence and there is a male subject standing next to the truck shooting a gun . She is worried it will hit her house. -Galen Irvin responded.

2:02 p.m.- Drugs- In the vicinity of S. 4770 Rd. RP advised he has found needles and other paraphernalia on his mother’s property and she also has a warrant out of Sequoyah County. -Galen Irvin made an arrest.

6:06 p.m.- Assault- In the vicinity of E. 1001 Rd. RP advised he was at another location on Maple Road and was assaulted by the property owner and another young male that RP says is a game warden. -Jeff Neighbors responded.
