Billy W. Bradley-Chandler, 30, was charged March 28 in Sequoyah County District Court, and received a $5,000 bond. He is now set to appear for an April 26 felony disposition docket before Associate District Judge Kyle Waters.
Gore Police officer Vernon Laffoon reported at 11 p.m. on March 19 he was dispatched to a duplex on Eichling Street in reference to a domestic dispute.
Sequoyah County Sheriff’s deputy Charles Webber was already on the scene and had Bradley-Chandler in the parking lot on his knees, detained.
Lagoon made contact with a female who stated Bradley-Chandler had allegedly assaulted her by pulling her hair.
Bradley-Chandler was then transported to the Sequoyah County Detention Center where he was booked in on his charges. According to the probable cause affidavit, the female victim refused to fill out a statement, and the residence was found to be located less than 2,000 feet away from a school.
Bradley-Chandler reportedly has a former conviction of indecent exposure in Muskogee County District Court from January 2017, according to court reports.
