Sequoyah County Commissioners signed a proclamation Monday declaring the month of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Sequoyah County Commissioners signed a proclamation Monday declaring the month of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Signing the proclamation is District 1 Commissioner Ray Watts (center).
