Monte Cristo

2 slices thick bread Miracle Whip, to taste Mustard, to taste

2 slices heated deli chicken

2 slices heated deli turkey

1 slice Swiss cheese or other cheese of your choice

1 slice pepper jack cheese, optional

1 egg ½ cup half and half Spread one bread slice with Miracle Whip and the other with mustard. Place cheese on one slice of bread and top with alternating chicken and turkey slices. Then, top with pepper jack and place second bread slice on top. Beat egg and milk in small bowl. Coat both sides of sandwich with egg and milk mixture. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook sandwich

5-7 minutes or until browned. Flip sandwich and cook another 5 minutes or until brown. Serve hot.
