Sausage Green Bean Bake

1½lbs smoked kielbasa, sliced ¼” thick 2lbs baby potatoes, washed, sliced in half-I used a mix of purple, red and yellow 2 15oz cans green beans, drained ⅛ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup butter 1 large onion, sliced as desired 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning, more or less to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper ½ tsp. red pepper flakes Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a 9”x13” baking dish with nonstick spray. Wash creamer potatoes, cut in half and add to sealable gallon baggie. Add oil, seasonings, pepper and red pepper flakes to baggie. Shake to coat. In large skillet, heat sausage over medium heat until sausages have browned. Remove sausage from pan and, when cool enough, add to baggie. Melt butter in skillet and add onions and garlic, cook until onions are translucent. Let cool a few minutes. Add to baggie and shake to mix. Lastly, add green beans to baggie, shake to mix and then empty contents into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and place in oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Carefully remove from oven and enjoy!
