Preheat the oven to 350°F and line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and carefully pinch corners together forming a roughly round shape. In medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Add baking soda slowly. It will bubble up so don’t do it too fast. Working in sections, place dough in slotted spoon and add to boiling water. Let boil 20 seconds or until puffed. Remove from water and place directly on prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all dough is boiled. Whisk water and egg together. Brush dough balls with egg wash and immediately sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
