Members focus on gains
7.2 pounds. Phyllis had the best weight loss for the week with 2.3 pounds. Great job, Phyllis! We had four sign the Losers Lotto card and four smiley faces taken off the Surprise Box. This week the Two Bit Bowl quarters went to Donna. Our Chapter Challenge this week is walk 30 minutes a day for five days. We celebrated with Neve for reaching 5 percent weight loss and for losing ten pounds this past quarter. Way to go, Neve!

We went over our Chapter Bylaws and approved them.
Our program was discussing articles in the July/ August TOPS News magazine. Articles of interest were: Understanding Bulimia; Getting the party started with Charcuterie boards; Calorie count; Throwing Yourself into Fitness and a message from TOPS President Rick Danforth. As TOPS members progressing on a journey to a healthier lifestyle, you should focus on what you have gained…support, accountability and improvement in your health.
We closed our meeting with the TOPS Pledge. EVERYONE is invited to visit. The FIRST VISIT is FREE. It cost $49 a year to join TOPS Club INC. We meet at First Christian Church, 706 N Wheeler, Sallisaw, Monday at 10:30am-12pm. We begin weighing at 10:30am and the meeting starts at 11am and ends at 12.
