The All-Star nod marks the second straight for Romano, who becomes the first player in ORU history to earn multiple All-Star selections.
At the break, the Markham, Ontario, native leads the AL in saves with 26. In 39 appearances, Romano holds a 4-4 record to go along with a 2.87 earned run average and 48 strikeouts.
