Central Schools 6th-grader heads to AAU Junior Olympics

Central Schools soon-to-be sixth grader Emma Baggs will be very busy Saturday.

Baggs, a member of BC Athletics track team, will participate in the pentathlon at the 2023 Amateur Athletics Union (AAU) Junior Olympics on Saturday in Des Moines, Iowa.

The five events Baggs will be in are the high jump, long jump, shot put, 100-meter hurdles and the 800-meter run.
