Cindy among those that still need a home

How is it that this sweet girl, Cindy, has been in the shelter for 623 days? She absolutely loves people and other dogs, but we have no idea about cats. She can jump like a frog and would make an excellent dog for some young kid to play with. She has been spayed, is up-to-date on her shots and dewormed. Cindy just needs a family to call her own!
