Highway buckles from heat
An area of Highway 64 between Vian and Sallisaw reportedly buckled from heat-related causes on Monday. Workers with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation were on scene Monday morning to repair both lanes of the roadway, located about a half mile from the Little Vian Creek bridge. Motorists are asked to use caution when driving through the area.
