Seafood Salad Sandwich
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix, more or less to taste 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. Old Bay, more or less to taste 1 tsp. ground pepper 1 cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup diced onion or scallions 1 tsp. lemon juice ½ cup salsa 12-24oz crab meat, to taste 12oz small ready to eat shrimp Croissants or other bread of choice Sandwich toppings as desired, such as lettuce, extra onion, tomato, etc.

In large bowl, mix soup mix, paprika, Old Bay, pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice until well combined. Add crab meat and shrimp and stir to mix. Chill two hours. Serve on toasted croissants as desired.
