BLT Salad
1-2 pieces cooked bacon per serving, crumbled ¾ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup milk 1 tsp. garlic powder ¼ tsp. ground pepper 1 head Romaine lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded 1 large tomato, diced 1 small onion, diced Croutons Combine mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust flavor if needed. Place lettuce in individual serving bowls. Add tomato, onion, bacon and croutons. Drizzle with dressing to taste and serve immediately.
