STILLWATER — Oklahoma State receiver Brennan Presley was named to the 2023 Preseason Biletnikoff Award Watch List, which announced Monday by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc.
The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the college football season’s outstanding FBS receiver. Any player, regardless of position, who catches a pass is eligible for the award.
A senior out of Bixby, Presley has earned all-conference honors in the classroom and on the field during his career thus far, excelling as both a receiver and returner.
He finished last season with 67 catches for 813 yards, both of which led the team, and his 1,203 all-purpose yards were 440 more than any other Cowboy. He also ranked among the top five players in the Big 12 in 2023 in receptions per game, receiving yards per game and combined kick return yards.
The Biletnikoff Award semifinalists, finalists, and award recipient are selected by the highly distinguished Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, a group of 650 prominent college football journalists, commentators, announcers, Biletnikoff Award winners and other former receivers.
The 2023 winner will be presented the Biletnikoff Award trophy at the black-tie Biletnikoff Award Banquet and Celebration on March 9 at the Dunlap Champions Club at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, Fla.
OSU is scheduled to open the 2023 season at 6 p.m. Sept. 2 when it faces Central Arkansas at Boone Pickens Stadium.
