Orange Creamsicle Puppy Chow

8oz vanilla chocolate melting wafers 1 tsp. orange extract, up to 2 tsps. if you prefer a stronger orange flavor 4 cups Chex cereal In large bowl, place Chex cereal and set aside. Melt wafers in melting pot or double boiler. If chocolate seems too thick once melted, add 1-2 Tbsps. olive or avocado oil and mix well to combine. Add orange extract a little at a time so the melted wafers don’t seize up. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir until all cereal is well coated. Add cereal to gallon zipper bag. Top with powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake well to combine, making sure every piece is coated with sugar.
