Think on these things
Weather patterns have changed dramatically when people start declaring what they need instead of saying all the negative things that plagues all those who hears them. As Charles Capps puts it, “Peopel can have what they say—but most people are saying what they have. I need to ask myself if that is a habit I cultivate.

Talking trouble — a blueprint for even more trouble. Not even a casual comment is worth letting our troubled thoughts come out where they can be seen. Pay attention, what are we asking for by airing our miseries. Sure misery is real, but never as real as it becomes when we water our words with self-pity.
If talking trouble is bad, how do we handle problems? Write them on a pad of paper and check them faithfully to see what we have been saying.
