Brushy, Moffett softball teams find out ORES State Tournament pool-play pairings
The Brushy Lady Mountaineers and the Moffett Lady Wildcats found out their pool-play pairings for the 2023 Organization of Rural Elementary Schools (ORES) Division II State Tournament, which will take place next Friday at the Ballfields at Firelake in Shawnee.
The Brushy Lady Mountaineers and the Moffett Lady Wildcats found out their pool-play pairings for the 2023 Organization of Rural Elementary Schools (ORES) Division II State Tournament, which will take place next Friday at the Ballfields at Firelake in Shawnee.
The Lady Mountaineers were placed in Pool D and will meet Lane at 11:30 a.m. next Friday, followed by a match-up against Middleburg at 12:30 p.m.
The Lady Wildcats were put into Pool B. They will face Anderson at 10:30 a.m. next Friday, followed by a game against Pleasant Grove at 11:30 a.m.
Depending upon how the teams do will determine who and when they will play later that afternoon and night.
The state title game is slated for 8 p.m. next Friday, with the if-game at 9 p.m.
