SEC, Arkansas announce conference basketball schedules for 2024

On the men’s side, Arkansas will open league play on Jan. 6 at home against Auburn.
After the home opener, Arkansas travels to Georgia (Jan. 10) and Florida (Jan. 13). Following the two road games, the Razorbacks will host Texas A&M (Jan. 16) and South Carolina (Jan. 20).
Arkansas will then play three of its next four games on the road including games at Mississippi (Jan. 24), at Missouri (Jan. 31) and at Louisiana State University (Feb. 3). The only home game in the stretch is a Saturday match-up in Bud Walton Arena against Kentucky (Jan. 27).
The Razorbacks will entertain Georgia (Feb. 10) and Tennessee (Feb. 14) before hitting the road for games at Mississippi State (Feb. 17) and at Texas AM (Feb. 20).
The final five games feature three home games with two big road games. Home games include Missouri (Feb. 24), Vanderbilt (Feb. 27) and LSU (Mar. 6) with road games at Kentucky (Mar. 2) and at Alabama (Mar. 9).
The SEC Men’s tournament returns to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and will take place Mar. 13-17.
Tipoff times and television information will be released at a later date.
A charity exhibition game with Purdue was previously announced and will be played on Oct. 28.
For the women, Arkansas will start league play jan. 4 in Lexington, Ky., and will entertain Georgia for the SEC home opener Jan. 7. This year marks the 15th of the 16-game schedule and 12th with 14 teams in the league.
The Hogs will remain home Jan. 11, playing host to the other Bulldogs in the league, Mississippi State.
Arkansas will play at Alabama on Jan. 14 before their bye Jan. 18.
Following their first of two byes during the conference season, Arkansas will hit a tough test on the road, as the Hogs travel to Baton Rouge to face the reigning National Champion LSU Tigers on Jan. 21.
Arkansas’ permanent home-and-away opponent, Missouri, will play the Hogs on Jan. 28 in Columbia, Mo., before Arkansas entertains Mizzou on Feb. 18.
After entertaining Alabama on Feb. 1, the Hogs will remain home to host Auburn on Feb. 4.
Arkansas will then spend two weeks away from home, traveling to Florida for the fourth time this season for a game against the Gators on Feb. 8 before playing at Tennessee on Feb. 12. The Hogs will have their second bye on Feb. 15.
The Hogs will play at Texas A&M on Feb. 22.
The last two home SEC games for the Hogs starts with a game against Vanderbilt on Feb. 25. Arkansas will wrap up the home slate with a date with South Carolina on Feb. 29.
Arkansas’ final SEC game will be on the road at Mississippi on March 3.
The SEC Women’s Tournament is set to take place March 6-9 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C. This marks the second straight year, and seventh time overall, that Greenville will be the host city the tournament.
