Gore, Gans, Webbers Falls to begin Class A fast-pitch softball playoffs next week
The Gore Lady Pirates, Gans Lady Grizzlies and the Webbers Falls Lady Warriors fast-pitch softball teams will begin the 2023 Class A playoffs next week.
Gore will travel to meet Dewar in the best-of-3 series beginning at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Dewar in a doubleheader. If a winner-take-all game is needed, it will be played Wednesday afternoon.
Gans will travel to Red Oak for its best-of-3 district tournament. There will be a twinbill at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, with the rubber game taking place next Friday.

Webbers Falls and Weleetka will play at 10 a.m., with the loser playing Empire at noon. The Webbers Falls-Weleetka winner will play Empire at 2 p.m. The district tournament title game will be at 4 p.m., with the if-game at 6 p.m.
