Lady Diamonds fall to Miami, Berryhill in Inola tourney
INOLA — The Sallisaw Lady Black Diamonds lost both of their games Thursday in the Inola Tournament, falling 22-0 to Miami and 9-0 to Berryhill.
INOLA — The Sallisaw Lady Black Diamonds lost both of their games Thursday in the Inola Tournament, falling 22-0 to Miami and 9-0 to Berryhill.
In the loss to Miami, the Lady Wardogs put away the game early with a 16-run first inning.
The Lady Diamonds (1-14) only had two hits in the game, a double by Jadlyn Dry and a single by Emma Lessley.
Preslee Jackson took the loss, with the final 1.1 innings pitched by Delaney Compton.
There was no further information about the Berryhill game.
