White Chocolate Mocha Coffee

White Chocolate Mocha Coffee 4oz strongly brewed coffee 2oz white chocolate mocha sauce (recipe below, but store-bought works too) 6oz milk or heavy cream, more or to taste Ice Whipped cream, optional White Chocolate Mocha Sauce 4oz white chocolate, roughly chopped ½ cup sweetened condensed milk ½ cup 2% milk In small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk for sauce over medium- low heat until it’s just starting to simmer. Add roughly chopped white chocolate to saucepan and stir to cover chocolate. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. Then, stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Pour sauce into heat-proof jar or bowl and let cool. Keep in fridge until ready to use. Add white chocolate mocha sauce to cup. Fill with ice as desired. Add coffee and top with milk as desired. Lightly stir. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
