White Chocolate Rice Krispies

White Chocolate Rice Krispies Treats ¼ cup butter, plus more for pan 2 10oz bags mini marshmallows, divided 6 cups rice cereal 1 cup dried cherries, more or less to taste 1 cup white chocolate chips, more or less to taste Prepare 9X13” pan by spreading softened butter all over bottom and sides of pan. You can use cooking spray, but you’ll be able to taste it since they aren’t baked and I prefer the taste of butter. In large stockpot, melt butter over medium low heat. Add 1 1/2 bags of marshmallows and stir constantly until just barely melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add cereal and cherries. Mix to combine. Add remaining marshmallows, if desired, (I left these out of mine) and white chocolate chips. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press using rubber spatula until evenly distributed in pan. Let cool completely. Slice and enjoy.
