Austin in outfielder Alex Rodgers, two pitchers from the NCAA Division II level in Ryan Carmack (Illinois-Springfield) and Jared Ure (Colorado Mesa) and the remaining eight from two-year schools. Overall, this year’s recruiting class features players from Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas.
The Golden Eagles are coming off a historic season that saw them record a program record (DI-era) 52 wins and advance to the College World Series for the first time since 1978.
