Criminal jury trials set for Nov. 6

Several jury trials are scheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 6 at the Sequoyah County Courthouse.

Some of those cases include:

• Lee B. King, 29, of Dallas, Texas – Charged on July 23, 2021, with two counts of shooting with intent to kill, two counts of maiming, and one count of attempted robbery – first degree.

• Rusty J. Waters, 44, of Salli- saw – Charged on Dec. 22, 2021, Jan. 3, 2022, March 29, 2022, April 25, 2023, and Aug. 8, 2023, with six counts of child sexual abuse, one count of lewd molestation, three counts of rape first degree, and one count of rape first degree by instrumentation.

• Micha D. Albertson, 25, of Muldrow – Charged on March 29, 2022, with one count of lewd molestation • Aaron Cavin, 51, of Yukon – Charged on March 22, 2022, with one count of indecent exposure.

• Floyd Cornett, 64, of Mesa, Ariz. – Charged on April 26, 2023, with one count of make/sell/possess/ display fake identification card, two counts of falsely impersonate another to create liability, one count of possession of controlled dangerous substance; one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of transporting opened container of alcoholic beverage, one count of no valid driver’s license, one count of transporting stolen property into state, and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle.

• William O. Reed, 33, of Muldrow – Charged on July 12, 2022, and Aug. 2, 2022, with two counts of lewd molestation.
