Oweh’s 20 points helps Sooners handle Mississippi Valley State
NORMAN — Thanks to Otega Oweh’s career-high 20 points, the Oklahoma Sooners proved to be too much for the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils in a 82-43 romp Friday night at Lloyd Noble Center.

Owen hit eight of his 11 shot attempts, while Sam Godwin had a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds as well.
At one point in the second half, the Sooners (2-0) had a 41-point lead.
The Sooners were slated to entertain Texas State on Tuesday night at Lloyd Noble Center.
