11/6/2023
11:43 a.m. – Other – In the vicinity of Hwy. 101. RP advised last summer she had roommates evicted from her property. RP advises that they would steal stuff and abuse her, but she was too afraid to report the incidents until now. Cody Parkerson responded.
12:55 p.m. – Suspicious Person Gans Store. RP stated they saw a female standing on the roadway waving her arms in the air under the interstate bridge by the Gans store. Daniel Whitus responded.
2:26 p.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP advised that she and her husband have a handicap placard for their vehicle, but the mother of her husband’s children is using it and will not return it to the couple. Daniel Whitus responded.
2:43 p.m. – Other – Protected Location. RP reports her pre-school student is continually getting in trouble at school, and she would like to have an officer talk to them to see if there’s something going on that maybe the teacher is trying to hide. KD Graham responded.
4:53 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of 4622 Rd. RP’s husband may be suffering a mental break, and is making threats against the RP. Justin Deuley responded.
5:04 p.m. – Threats – Sallisaw PD. RP is at the PD requesting a deputy to take a report as her juvenile daughter is being threatened at school by another juvenile student.
6:33 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of 4623 Rd. RP advised that her stepchildren’s mother has an open case against her via Cherokee Nation. RP states that the mail carrier is now driving by the house yelling at the kids in the backyard, telling them that she loves and misses them. The RP believes the mail carrier might be the mother of her stepchildren. RP has contacted USPS and Cherokee Nation to see what to do, but needs help. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
7:22 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4622 Rd. RP called earlier about her husband making threats against her. She now believes he might be having a mental crisis and would like support. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
10:10 p.m. – Suspicious Person – Casey’s. RP reports a male walking with a white and black shirt, seeming suspicious. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
11:12 p.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely – In the vicinity of 218 North. RP reported hearing gunshots at her neighbor’s house and saw the muzzle flash. Hunter Hutchinson responded.

8:01 a.m. – Trespassing – In the vicinity of 4547 Rd. RP reports a man put his stuff on her lot and is living on said lot. RP found him there two days ago. Justin Deuley responded.
10:25 a.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of 4701 Rd. RP advised he filed for a PO against someone and today, he found his gate lock was cut and that the person was on his property, making threats, but has since left and is at the Piggly Wiggly. Cody Parkerson responded.
11:36 a.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP states that he sold a vehicle to a Vian man, but that the man has not taken the vehicle out of the RP’s name and refuses to. Larry Milligan responded.
12:18 p.m. – Trespassing – In the vicinity of 1070 Rd. RP’s daughter is entering his property and he’d like her trespassed. Cody Parkerson responded and issued a verbal trespassing warning.
12:31 p.m. – Other – In the vicinity of Martin Luther King Dr. RP advised he is the new owner of apartments and there is someone living in a storage unit shed. He is unsure if the person is violent and would like a deputy to assist talking to the person. Larry Milligan responded.
1:02 p.m. – Stolen Property – Unknown Location. RP advised that earlier she went to her dad’s property and was trespassed. She says that her dad stole a 12-pack of Pepsi and would not return her keys. Cody Parkerson responded.
1:29 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of 4701 Rd. RP says that he went to the office to file a report, but a deputy told him that another deputy would meet him at his home later to take the report (in regards to someone cutting the lock off his gate and harassing him on his property). Cody Parkerson responded.
2:20 p.m. – Stolen Property – Unknown Location. RP has made a report with Benton County (Arkansas) as well as SCSO in regards to a stolen credit card of his that is being used. Cody Parkerson responded.
4:30 p.m. – Other – In the vicinity of Cherokee Ave. RP advises that her son returned home and the RP is unsure if he might be under the influence of something. Cody Parkerson responded.
6:02 p.m. – Trespassing – Love’s. RP states someone who was previously trespassed is back and refuses to leave. Larry Milligan responded.
6:06 p.m. – Information – Unknown Location. RP would like to note that in regards to a call earlier today that someone is inside of an R.V. on her property and she would like to have the reporting officer know. Dispatch logged the info.
6:47 p.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely – In the vicinity of Hwy. 82. RP advised there is someone shooting firearms near her home where she has children. Charles Webber responded.
6:57 p.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of 4670 Rd. RP advised she is home alone with her four children and there is a man near the end of her driveway. Allen Ramey responded.
7:23 p.m. – Disturbance – In the vicinity of Brown and Brook. RP advised that there is screaming and cussing. RP can see a flashlight. Allen Ramey responded.
8:35 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 1065 Rd. RP wants to speak with a deputy about something in progress on his street. Allen Ramey responded.
9:27 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4765 Rd. Neighbors are smoking so much pot that RP cannot even open her windows. Allen Ramey responded.
10:23 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of Beverly Rd. RP advised she is receiving text messages from her cousin and his girlfriend threatening to go to RP’s residence and harm her and her family. Shande Duncan responded.
10:36 p.m. – Suspicious Person Vian Nursing Home. RP stated that people entered the building and walked around, but that staff does not know why they are there or who they are. Johnny Turner responded.

9:29 a.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP would like to speak with a deputy regarding why Vian PD is shining lights in people’s yards and windows at night time, particularly last night at midnight. They would like answers. Larry Milligan responded.
9:56 a.m. – Suspicious Person Church of Christ. RP reports a man is asleep on a bench outside the church and they would like him removed. Larry Milligan responded.
3:36 p.m. – Suspicious Person Akins Store. RP reports that there is a teen with a backpack walking near the store that made the RP feel suspicious. OHP was advised and responded.
4:18 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 1042 Rd. RP advised that someone sent her a text message that he was going to call the police and ask if it is “legal to smother your mother with a pillow.” Shane Petree responded.
5:03 p.m. – Drugs – In the vicinity of N. Thornton. RP is an employee at a convenience store and found a little bag of white crystals left behind by a customer. Larry Milligan responded.
5:10 p.m. – Suspicious Person Brushy Cemetery. RP advised there are three to five males walking around the cemetery. RP believes they might be carrying a gun and drinking beer. Brian Stone responded.
5:18 p.m. – Noise Complaint – In the vicinity of 1053 Rd. RP advised that his neighbors are playing music on a boombox outside their home and it is so loud that RP believes they are intentionally trying to make him mad. CJ McGee responded but could not make contact with the neighbors or RP.
8:47 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4545 Rd. RP advised her granddaughter is cursing and she’s not comfortable with her language. RP does not believe she will physically harm her but would like a deputy to help. Tyler Engleman responded.

2:46 a.m. – Trespassing – In the vicinity of McConnell St. RP advised three people with three large dogs and a drone are in her yard. Shande Duncan responded.
7:39 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle In the vicinity of 4680 Rd. RP advised of a vehicle being parked at the end of his property (along the street) and the door is ajar. CJ McGee responded.
8:15 a.m. – Other – In the vicinity of Neal Dr. RP stated that a lot of her items had been stolen from her house. She is in the process of moving. Shelton Fair responded.
11:42 a.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of Hwy. 64. RP states there is someone on the front porch of a church and she thinks they need to not be there. Brian Stone responded.
11:43 a.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of Hwy. 101. RP states that there is a white Ford pickup that pulled into her driveway to turn around. She believes they might have tried to steal something but is not sure. Brian Stone responded.
6:21 p.m. – Disturbance – In the vicinity of 995 Rd. RP called and advised that her father reported a disturbance at his neighbor’s house. Brian Stone responded.
6:38 p.m. – Disturbance – In the vicinity of Ray Fine Dr. Dispatch received a call from a man threatening to hurt himself if they did not go to his house right then. Tyler Engleman responded.
7:05 p.m. – Stolen Property – In the vicinity of Cherokee Ave. RP called and stated that she talked to a deputy (earlier that day) regarding stolen property from her house (during a move.) RP now knows where the items are, and they were not stolen after all. Shane Petree responded.
9:33 p.m. – Extra Patrol – In the vicinity of McConnell St. RP is requesting extra patrol in the area as there are people going onto his property. Larry Milligan responded.
10:42 p.m. – Disturbing the Peace – In the vicinity of 4758 Rd. RP reports that someone is playing music too loud about a 1⁄4 mile from his home. Jeff Neighbors responded.
11:15 p.m. – Vandalism – In the vicinity of 4767 Rd. RP stated that there are dogs barking near his house and he heard a gunshot and someone possibly running. Jeff Neighbors responded.
11/10/2023
2:16 p.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP would like to speak to the law about a minor girl from Vian currently at his residence (in Poteau) with her boyfriend who is of legal age. Larry Milligan responded.
2:35 p.m. – Suspicious Person Walmart. RP reports there is a man urinating in the Walmart parking lot. Cody Parkerson responded.
2:48 p.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP needs advice about a hog that he picked up in city limits. He says he is holding it until someone reports it missing, but it has been at his house for two months and no one has claimed it. He would like it removed, as he does not have shelter for it. Larry Milligan responded.
3:08 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of Hwy. 100. RP states that someone reported to her that a deputy was at her home for a welfare check and she needs to know why. Justin Deuley responded.
3:10 p.m. – Fraud – In the vicinity of 1100 Rd. RP stated she was trying to buy a vehicle online and believes she got scammed. Daniel Whitus responded.
3:26 p.m. – Suspicious Person Love’s. RP reports that an employee is possibly dropping off homeless people in the parking lot of Love’s. Larry Milligan responded.
3:56 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – Unknown Location. RP would like to know what to do about a landlord issue. Daniel Whitus responded and advised it was a civil matter.
4:25 p.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely – In the vicinity of 4668 Rd. Someone called and said that there is someone shooting guns, possibly at him. He is currently inside his residence and needs to know what the people are doing. Dispatch noted that this call was from Adair County and passed it on to that Sheriff’s Office, but Cody Parkerson also responded.
10:33 p.m. – Stolen Property – In the vicinity of Hwy. 82. RP wanted to fill out a report for his stolen 2021 Kia Rio sedan. RP states that the window was broken out (glass was on the driveway) and that he will need help filling out a report due to medical reasons. Charles Webber responded.
11/11/2023
2:55 a.m. – Extra Patrol – In the vicinity of 4770 Rd. RP advised her boyfriend is on the way home from Fort Smith. RP advises that he has a history of driving under the influence, and she wanted to let SCSO know, but that she would call back if something happens. Allen Ramey responded.
3:53 a.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely – In the vicinity of Beverly St. RP called in because the daughter reported someone was shooting guns outside their home, and that she may have seen a vehicle speed away. RP’s daughter looked out the window and could not see a vehicle, but figured it sped off fast. Charles Webber responded but could not make contact with the RP or daughter.
4:48 a.m. – Disturbance – In the vicinity of Hwy. 64. RP advised that someone in her car tried to jump out the window. RP advises that the person is trying to abandon her. Later the passenger called back (after the original RP hanging up on 911) and advised that the driver just hit a telephone pole and said it was his fault. The passenger left the vehicle and the RP is now driving around looking for him and trying to hit him with her car. Hunter Hutchinson responded and made an arrest.
9:06 a.m. – Stolen Vehicle – Unknown Location. RP reported that his sister-in-law called and reported her vehicle missing but that he was given permission by her to drive the vehicle, and that the sister-in-law is falsely reporting it stolen. RP states the vehicle is in his brother’s name and the brother never allowed RP’s sisterin- law to drive the vehicle. The RP and the brother would like to have the report removed. Galen Irvin responded and made an arrest.
11:13 a.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 1060 Rd. RP wanted to report threats made against her by her son-in-law, in regards to her daughter allowing her brother-in-law to use her car. Cody Parkerson responded.
11:44 a.m. – Speak with Deputy Old Hwy. 64. RP advised that a male left his car on RP’s property and claimed it had broken down. RP feels that it might be stolen. Daniel Whitus responded.
5:24 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of Hwy. 64B. RP called to make a report of receiving text message threats. RP stated that he felt he needed to leave his own home at this time. Allen Ramey responded.
7:12 p.m. – Other – Wilson Rock area. RP called to ask if there was supposed to be a party allowed at Wilson Rock. Allen Ramey responded.
7:26 p.m. – Disturbance – Dwight Mission. RP stated there are two individuals that are locked inside the gate but seem to be acting suspicious. Charles Webber responded and found that the two people were simply locked in and needed out.
7:48 p.m. – In the vicinity of 4448 Rd. RP believes his adult son might be using narcotics. RP said that his son stole his ATM card and was trying to make a withdrawal also. Charles Webber responded.
8:37 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of 1056 Rd. RP stated that someone pulled into her driveway and was yelling and cussing. RP stated that her children were outside at the time. Allen Ramey responded.
9:24 p.m. – Other – I-40 Rest Area. 911 received a call from someone saying they had been kidnapped. Hunter Hutchinson and Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office responded also, as the vehicle matching the description appeared to be moving west.
11/12/2023
4:48 a.m. – Vandalism – In the vicinity of Martin Luther King Dr. RP advised that he has not been home for two days, but that his screen door has been kicked in. Charles Webber responded.
9:50 a.m. – Other – In the vicinity of 4701 Rd. RP requested someone escort him to obtain some property from someone who claims to have a PO against him. Cody Parkerson responded.
12:29 p.m. – Vandalism – Sparks Corner – RP called to advise that there were subjects breaking the air machine out front. Daniel Whitus responded.
6:04 p.m. – Disturbance – In the vicinity of 1075 Rd. RP called and stated that he heard a loud boom outside and possibly a man crying. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
6:44 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of 4720 Rd. RP stated that while at Cox’s store in Muldrow that someone pulled up and was yelling at her. She thought they might have been following her home and lost them. Later, she was driving and the vehicle showed up again and threw things at her car, but left. RP stated that the vehicle was either a pickup or SUV. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
