9:36 a.m. – Stolen Property – In the vicinity of Hwy. 59. RP advised that there is a female at the Dollar Store stealing items. Daniel Whitus responded.
9:49 a.m. – Vandalism – Near Wildhorse BBQ. RP advised that her uncle’s neighbor has been slowly trying to take over part of his (the uncle’s) land, and the neighbor has now taken down the fence. RP says that the neighbor told her that he was going to replace the fence when he was done cleaning around it, and claimed that the property was going to be surveyed. The RP would like to have a deputy attend to the dispute and feels this is vandalism. Daniel Whitus responded.
11:00 a.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of Hunter St. RP would like to speak with a deputy regarding harassment from a Vian officer. Joleen McLaughlin responded.
11:09 a.m. – Stolen Property – Stow Away Storage. RP advised that there are two storage units and a fifth wheel R, that have been broken into last night. Justin Deuley responded.
11:20 a.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP would like to discuss an incident regarding his vehicle being repossessed, and wants to ensure that the tow truck driver is properly licensed. Mark Harkins responded.
11:35 a.m. – Altercation – Unknown Location. RP advised that her neighbor is causing problems for her with his truck parked in his driveway. She would like a deputy to intervene. Justin Deuley and Gore PD responded.
12:01 p.m. – Welfare Check – In the vicinity of 995 Rd. RP would like to have a deputy do a welfare check on her household because, while at work, she received an email from her employer that she believes might be considered threatening to her family. Mark Harkins responded.
12:45 p.m. – Suspicious Person I-40 at 316 MM. RP stated that there was a suspicious-looking man in his 50’s who might be a truck driver on break. Daniel Whitus responded.
1:13 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4680 Rd. RP stated that he had loaned a friend a stereo speaker and she is refusing to give it back. He would like to press charges. Daniel Whitus responded but could not make contact with either party.
1:27 p.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of 4760 Rd. RP reported that two men were driving in a van and that he had followed them. The passenger got out of the door with a backpack and walked into a house. RP would like it to be investigated. Cody Parkerson responded but could not make contact with either party.
3:30 p.m. – Altercation – Family Dollar. RP said that she is at the store and a man is actively yelling at her and making her feel uncomfortable. While dispatch was on the phone with the RP, she left the store and asked to cancel the call. Gore PD responded.
3:45 p.m. – Stolen Property – Unknown Location. RP would like to know her rights in regards to her husband using their joint checking account, and taking money out of the account. Dispatch advised it was a civil matter.
5:08 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of Choctaw St. A group of juveniles called 911 to report that while they were riding bikes and skateboards in a parking lot, someone drove by and yelled at them to stop, then threatened them to “do something.” The callers could not describe the driver or the vehicle, and could not give information about their location. Gans PD responded.
7:58 p.m. – Fire – In the vicinity of Fin and Feather. RP called to report they saw smoke coming from a property near Tenkiller. They believe someone is intentionally setting fire to properties and are concerned about the area. Charles Webber responded but could not make contact with the caller, nor locate the fire. The fire department has noted that this is the season for controlled burns and that this fire may have been a prescribed burn.

9:33 a.m. – Other – Unknown Location. RP reports having found a sawed off shotgun. Shelton Fair responded.
10:45 a.m. – Drugs – In the vicinity of 4735 Rd. RP reports that his friends have shown up at his house acting erratic. RP believes someone may have tried to overdose the friend. Cody Parkerson responded.
12:07 p.m. – Information – In the vicinity of 956 Rd. RP advised that there are two males in a van who seem to be working on a house in her neighborhood and she feels they are acting suspicious. RP says that they tried to shake her hand and may have tried to go up to different locations. Justin Deuley responded.
12:16 p.m. – Trash Dumping – In the vicinity of 4503 Rd. RP advised that someone has been illegally dumping trash. RP went through the trash and found mail, so believes he knows the suspects. Justin Deuley responded.
2:31 p.m. – Information – Unknown Location. RP needs to speak to a deputy about something happening in Roland. Cody Parkerson responded.
2:44 p.m. – Suspicious Vehicle Vian Baptist Church. RP reports seeing a tan van parked outside the Vian Baptist Church. Shane Duncan responded.
4:25 p.m. – Vandalism – In the vicinity of 4718 Rd. RP is calling on behalf of her mother who lives in an assisted living facility. RP states her mother’s mailbox was recently damaged, and it could have been vandalism. Cody Parkerson responded.
5:40 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4770 Rd. RP’s sister is being evicted from her grandmother’s house. RP would like to request a deputy to be on-site for when the sister leaves. Cody Parkerson responded.
5:56 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of 1135 Rd. RP advised that someone has been stalking and harassing her, and her family. The person has been out to her residence and has written hurtful posts on Facebook. Allen Ramey responded.
6:49 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of Hwy. 64. RP’s boyfriend has shown up, unwelcome, to RP’s house and she would like to have him trespassed. Allen Ramey, Muldrow PD, and Cherokee Nation Marshal Service responded.
9:22 p.m. – Argument – In the vicinity of 972 Rd. RP is a minor who called 911 to report his mother is drunk and acting belligerent towards him and his brother. Charles Webber and Allen Ramey responded.

9:23 a.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of 1117 Rd. RP called to report that her mail has been taken from her mailbox, and there has also been a pickup truck continuing to show up in the neighborhood, and she feels they are trying to make contact with her grandson. CJ McGee responded.
6:09 p.m. – Suspicious Person In the vicinity of 1020 Rd. RP reports that there was a suspicious person in the area north of Roland, and requested a deputy investigate. Jeff Neighbors and Tyler Engleman responded.
7:22 p.m. – Speak with Deputy Near Roland. RP called to ask about the legality of him dating a 16-year-old, as he is soon to turn 18. Coty Biles responded.

7:52 a.m. – Disturbance – Unknown Location. RP wants to make a report about her neighbor swerving her car towards her and making hand gestures, which are threatening to the RP. Brian Stone responded.
11:06 a.m. – Suspicious Person Assembly of God Church. RP reports someone was lying on the ground and would like to have someone check it out, and trespass the person. Joleen McLaughlin responded.
12:59 p.m. – Speak with Deputy Unknown Location. RP wants to speak to a Vian officer regarding a report that may have been filed at the beginning of the week. Joleen McLaughlin responded.
2:09 p.m. – Trespassing – In the vicinity of 1095 Rd. RP advised his neighbor is in a nursing home, and the RP has recently seen a male and female packing things up and placing them in a car at the neighbor’s house. CJ McGee responded.
2:21 p.m. – Trespassing – In the vicinity of 4767 Rd. RP reports that someone is on her property clearing it off, and should not be there. CJ McGee responded but could not make contact with either party.
3:57 p.m. – Suspicious Vehicle – In the vicinity of 1150 Rd. RP advised that there has been a vehicle parked in her driveway all night, and she does not recognize the car. CJ McGee responded.
3:45 p.m. – Harassment – Unknown Location. RP is in Nebraska, but is receiving harassment from someone living in Sequoyah County. Shane Petree responded.
8:34 p.m. – Information – In the vicinity of 993 Rd. RP found a wallet at the Fort Smith Mall, which belongs to someone in Sequoyah County. RP would like to have a deputy go to the person’s house to see if they still live there so that the RP can mail the items back to the owner. Tyler Engleman responded.
8:48 p.m. – Threats – In the vicinity of Hwy. 82. RP advised that someone has threatened to burn her house down. Jeff Neighbors, Tyler Engleman and Coty Biles responded.

1:32 a.m. – Extra Patrol – In the vicinity of 4738 Rd. RP called to request extra patrol in his neighborhood as he keeps hearing metal hitting together. Jeff Neighbors responded.
7:55 a.m. – Stolen Vehicle – In the vicinity of 3rd St. RP reported that their Dodge pickup truck was stolen from their driveway last night. Cody Parkerson responded.
8:25 a.m. – Stolen Property – In the vicinity of 1100 Rd. RP stated that he has been working to remodel a home and upon arriving at the job site this morning, many of his tools were stolen. Cody Parkerson responded.
9:38 a.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of 4550 Rd. RP advised that there is an Asian man sitting in a vehicle on this side of the road with a laptop. RP ended the call, and later called back to say that his son was the one who saw the person and that the vehicle had Texas plates. Joleen McLaughlin responded.
11:29 a.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely – In the vicinity of 4705 Rd. RP advised that the neighbors to the west of him had been shooting an automatic rifle, and the RP had seen bullets going towards his house. Daniel Whitus responded.
3:16 p.m. – Fraud – SCSO office. RP is a female who has had her identity stolen and needs to file a report. Daniel Whitus responded.
3:47 p.m. – Argument – In the vicinity of 4510 Rd. RP stated his stepson is arguing with his wife, and will not listen to either adult. Justin Deuley responded.
4:56 p.m. – Stolen Vehicle – In the vicinity of Hwy. 101. RP would like to report that his 1990 Ford Ranger was stolen. Allen Ramey responded.
8:18 p.m. – Stolen Property – In the vicinity of 4735 Rd. RP advised that someone was at his house recently and was on drugs. The person then told the RP that he needed a place to stay, and now the RP noticed that many of his things have been stolen. Allen Ramey responded.
8:45 p.m. – Extra Patrol – In the vicinity of Martin Luther King Jr. RP is out of town for a month, and would like to have more officer presence in the neighborhood as his home has been recently broken into. Kaitlyn Sanders responded.
10:26 p.m. – Harassment – Gardenwalk. RP reports that he is a juvenile who is being harassed by another juvenile, and would like a deputy to respond. Kaitlyn Sanders and Gore PD responded.

7:06 a.m. – Vandalism – In the vicinity of Mayfield Dr. RP would like to report that someone has knocked over his mailbox. Larry Milligan responded.
10:52 a.m. – Speak with Deputy – In the vicinity of 4640 Rd. RP advised that his tag expired in November and he has been told by the tag agency that he must obtain new tags or else he would be fined.The RP would like to know his rights. Cody Parkerson responded.
1:24 p.m .- Suspicious Vehicle – M Ranch. RP advised there is a gold van that has two men who seem to be harassing people in the area. Justin Deuley responded.
1:42 p.m. – Harassment – In the vicinity of 4497 Rd. RP advised she has been receiving harassing text messages and would like to file a report. Justin Deuley responded.
2:18 p.m. – Speak with Deputy – Vian Park. RP is requesting to speak to a deputy regarding a male sleeping in a sleeping bag at the park. Larry Milligan responded.
3:26 p.m. – Extra Patrol Request – In the vicinity of 1120 Rd. RP would like to have someone come out and watch cars as they are speeding down the road. Daniel Whitus responded.
3:50 p.m. – Suspicious Person – In the vicinity of 4690 Rd. RP advised that there is an older male walking with a checkered hoodie who appears suspicious. Daniel Whitus responded.
4:41 p.m. -Trespassing – In the vicinity of 4760 Rd. RP advised that there is someone at her house that she does not want there. Cody Parkerson responded.

7:39 a.m. – Suspicious Person SCSO office. Jail called to report that there was someone outside acting crazy. Cody Parkerson and Daniel Whitus responded.
12:52 p.m. – In the vicinity of 1094 Rd. RP called to report that someone they know was off their psychiatric medication and was threatening people in the neighborhood, and that a neighbor fired a warning shot. Justin Deuley, Daniel Whitus andTrevor Charlton responded.
3:38 p.m. – Property Dispute – Harps. RP states that her husband has their daughter’s property and will not return it. Shane Duncan responded.
3:53 p.m. -Trespassing – In the vicinity of 996 Rd. RP advised that someone is on their property in an SUV and should not be there. Justin Deuley and Daniel Whitus responded.
4:33 p.m. – Stolen Vehicle – In the vicinity of 1070 Rd. RP advised he loaned a vehicle to someone on Friday, and they had not returned it and will not return calls. Daniel Whitus responded.
6:13 p.m. – Information – In the vicinity of 4640 Rd. RP says that they found a wallet and went to try to return it, but when they went to the house the person there told them that the wallet owner moved, and the RP said the person threatened to shoot them. Hunter Hutchinson responded.
10:25 p.m. – Prowler – In the vicinity of Schley Dr. RP called asking for someone to come to their home as someone kicked in a window. Kaitlyn Sanders responded.
