ORU women reach 20 wins for first time since 2011-12 season

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Oral Roberts women’s basketball team closed out the 2023-24 regular season with a 94-56 win at Missouri-Kansas City to clinch their 20th win of the season.

In just her second year at the helm, ORU women’s coach Kelsi Musick has led the Golden Eagles to their first 20win season since 2011-12.

Former Howe Lady Lion Jalei Oglesby scored a game-high 22 points off the bench, and Emily Robinson secured her second double-double of the year. Oglesby recorded her fifth game of the season reaching 20 points, and Robinson dished out a career-high 10 assists, the most assists by a Golden Eagle this year. Taleyah Jones (18 points) and Hannah Cooper (14 points) rounded out the players in double-figures.
