Library offering eclipse activities, eclipse glasses

Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library will offer fun eclipse activities on Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees will receive a free pair of eclipse glasses while supplies last.

People can stop by the library between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. to try their hand at eclipse chalk art, shadow tracing, shifting shadows and creating a pocket solar system.

The total eclipse will take place April 8.
