ICTC board election tops Tuesday ballot, but who will vote?

Thomas Jefferson once decided that “the government you elect is the government you deserve.” But most Sequoyah County voters seem to believe Mark Twain’s observation: “If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.” County residents will decide if they will show up to cast their ballot Tuesday when school board elections are decided.
