Local track athletes place at Wilburton Invitational
WILBURTON — Five local schools, Roland, Central, Gore, Vian and Webbers Falls, had their track athletes compete at Thursday’s Wilburton Invitational.

For the Tigers, Gavin Randolph won the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.34 seconds, and the 1,600-meter relay took gold with a winning time of 3:45.27.
Gore’s Hallie Kinion was the champion in the 800-meter (2:28.74) and the 1,600-meter runs (5:44.28), while placing second in the 3,200-meter run (12:42.57).
Vian’s Austin Wilson was runner-up in the 400-meter dash (57.05 seconds), Gore’s Devon Mannon was second in the 300-meter hurdles (44.19) and Gore’s Journey Shells was runner-up in the high jump (5-8).
Cheyanne Herrier had the highest finish for Webbers Falls as she was sixth in the 3,200-meter run (14:26.11).
Individually for the Tigers, Braxin Goodson was third (44.8 seconds) in the 300-meter hurdles, Joseph Lee was fifth (2:16.78), Cale Stewart was seventh (2:23.13) and Brycen Chandler was 34th (2:44.54) in the 800-meter run, Cole Holcomb was sixth (38-6), Zachary Comer was ninth (37-6) and Thomas Medford was 23rd (31-8) in the shot put, Lee was eighth (5:34.7) and Stewart 21st (6:33.83) in the 1,600-meter run, Nathan Vann was ninth (17-6) in the long jump and 11th (12.11) in the 100-meter dash, Dillon Miller was 15th (12.5) and Josh Marino was 27th (12.95) in the 100-meter dash, Comer was 13th (86-9), Medford was 22nd (74-6) and Holcomb was 30th (66-9) in the discus, Randolph was 17th (25.83) in the 200-meter dash and Chandler was 31st (1:08.05) in the 400-meter dash.
As for relay teams for the Tigers, the 400-meter relay team was seventh (47.42 seconds) and the 800-meter relay team was ninth (1:42.27).
For the Lady Rangers who placed fourth in the team standings with 52 points, they had three runner-up finishes as Halle Freeman was second in the high jump (4-9), the quartet of Mira Reagan, Brooklyn Hallbauer, Halle Freeman and Haven Freeman was second in the 400-meter (52.7 seconds) and 800-meter relay (1:52).
Reagan was third in the 100-meter dash (13.5 seconds), Haven Freeman was fourth in the 100-meter dash (13.6), Lilly Medicine Bird tied for seventh place in the high jump (4-2), Hallbauer was seventh in the 200-meter dash (30.0) and Halle Freeman was ninth in the long jump (12-9).
The 1,600-meter relay team of Reagan, Aubrey Price, Medicine Bird and Hallbauer was sixth (5:10), while Jestina Cantrell was eighth (72-6), Danielle McElhaney was 10th (65-4) and Julianna Trujillo was 22nd (56-10) in the discus.
Trujillo was 12th (26-6), Danielle McElhaney 22nd (22-9) and Anna McElhaney 31st (19-2) in the shot put, Abby Bower was 22nd in the 800-meter run (2:45) and Maddie Whisenhunt was 29th in the 400-meter dash (1:24.49).
For the Rangers, Paul Johnson had the highest finish as he was fourth in the 100-meter dash (11.6 seconds).
There were several Roland Rangers individuals and relay teams who placed fifth in Thursday’s meet. Individually, Landon Killer was fifth in the 1,600-meter run (5:24.19), Billy McElhaney was fifth in the 110-meter hurdles (21.68 seconds), Dalton Crossno was fifth in the shot put (39-1.5), Braxton Prewett was fifth in the discus (107-5) and D.J. Massey was fifth in the high jump (5-6) and 22nd in the long jump (15-4).
The Rangers were fifth in the 400-meter (46.37 seconds), 800-meter relay (1:37.35) and 1,600-meter relays (4:12.51).
As for other Rangers, Josh Bower was sixth in the 110-meter hurdles (24.75 seconds) and 12th in the high jump (52), Killer was seventh in the 3,200-meter relay (11:47.66), Logen Thomas was seventh (38-5.25) and Prewett was 10th (36-7) in the shot put, M c E l h a n e y was eighth in the 300-meter h u r d l e s (51.69), Trevor Lasiter was 12th (12.13) and Jack Johnson 29th (13.06) in the 1 0 0 – m e t e r dash and Uriah Phillips was 16th (25.8) in the 200-meter dash and 17th in the long jump (16-3). Joseph Stone was 17th in the discus (83-11), Kyle Bradley was 21st (2:32.8), Camren Hartt was 22nd (2:32.96) and Jack Johnson was 40th (2:48.33) in the 800-meter run and Bradley was 24th in the 1,600-meter run (6:41.04).
For the Lady Tigers, Alivia Warner was runner-up in the 100-meter hurdles (18.14 seconds) and third in the 300-meter hurdles (53.14), while the 1,600-meter relay team was second (4:35.46).
As for individuals for the Lady Tigers, Koda Robbins was fifth (1:08.19), Paris Campbell was ninth (1:11.3) and Kinly Lovell was 17th (1:14.71) in the 400-meter dash, Robbins was fifth (134), Jhaselyn Gonzalez was 11th (12-7) and Rileigh Ford 25th (9-7) in the long jump, Cambree Bair was ninth (14.22 seconds) and Lovell was 14th (14.83) in the 100-meter dash, Campbell was 10th (2:57.61), Ryleigh Pierce was 19th (3:10.53) and Ford was 26th (3:25) in the 800-meter run, Bair was 14th (30.95), Ayrland Jiles was 17th (31.31), Keeley Poindexter was 19th (31.44), Gracie Thompson was 22nd (31.76) and Xhayla Mosby was 34th (38.21) in the 200-meter dash, Pierce was 14th (7:01.63) in the 1,600-meter run, Thompson was 25th (54-11) and Poindexter 27th (54-9) in the discus and Poindexter was 29th (211) in the shot put.
As for other relays for the Lady Tigers, the 1,600-meter relay (12:12.09) and 800-meter relay (1:57.1) were fourth, while the 400-meter relay team was fifth (56.61 seconds).
As for other Lady Pirates individuals, Amelia White was eighth (2:50.22) and Rayleigh Moore was ninth (2:50.29) in the 800-meter run, White was seventh (1:09.32) and Gracie Bruce was 14th (1:13.11) in the 400-meter dash, Sierra Pettit was 11th (14.56 seconds) and Kailey Mannon was 18th (15.03) in the 100-meter dash and Pettit was 12th (30.63) and Mannon 20th (31.48) in the 200-meter dash. The Gore girls’ 800-meter relay team was sixth (2:02.26).
As for other Pirates individually, Shells was seventh in the 300-meter hurdles (47.04 seconds), Luis Schyktanz was eighth (98-2) and William Morris 48th (41-0) in the discus, Gabe Hefley was ninth (59.86) and Landyn Johnson 29th (1:07.5) in the 400-meter dash, Mannon was 12th (16-9) and Shells 19th (15-11) in the long jump, Mannon was 13th in the 100-meter dash (12.33 seconds), Mannon was 13th (25.53), Hefley 25th (26.95) and Burr Jaynes 26th (27.06) in the 200-meter dash, Schyktanz was 21st (32-2) and Morris was 60th (22-8) in the shot put and Jaynes was 16th (2:27.94), Hefley 17th (2:29.39) and Johnson 46th (2:53.34) in the 800-meter run.
As for other Wolverines individuals, Jacob Brannick was 10th (25.36 seconds), Ethan Bullock 14th (25.61) and Wilson 19th (26.09) in the 200-meter dash, Tristan Wiley was 10th in the discus (91-6), Nate Cheater was 11th (36-6), Peyton Johnson was 15th (33-4.5) and Clay Clark was 20th (32-2) in the shot put and Ashton Robinson was 37th in the 400-meter dash (1:11.58).
As for Lady Wolverines individuals, Annie Neal was third (13-7) and Sidney Cox was 21st (10-9) in the long jump, Brooke Byers was fifth (4-6) and Madison Ross tied for seventh (42) in the high jump, Tina Rautenberg was fifth in the 300-meter hurdles (59.43 seconds) and sixth in the 100-meter hurdles (20.16), Neal was 18th in the 1,600-meter run (7:31.31), Carmen Rautenberg was 23rd in the 800-meter run (3:18.75), Aubrey Gant was 24th (1:20.03), Carmen Rautenberg was 30th (1:24.5) and Ayden Crittenden was 34th (1:29.32) in the 400-meter dash, Gant was 24th in the 200-meter dash (32.22) and Izzy Clouse was 24th in the discus (55-6) and 26th in the shot put (22-1).
As for other Lady Warriors, Shannon Pense was seventh (1:01.88), Teralynn Colston was eighth (1:02.2) and Abby Pense was 10th (1:09.32) in the 300-meter hurdles, Herrier was eighth (6:43.74), Chloe McGuire was 21st (8:40.54) and Hailey Shanks was 22nd (8:42.9) in the 1,600-meter run, Pense was eighth in the 100-meter hurdles (23.11 seconds), Bridgette Baer was 10th in the 100-meter dash (14.53) and 17th in the long jump (11-7), Abbie Patterson was 19th in the shot put (236) and 21st in the discus (57-4), McGuire was 25th (1:20.97) and Audri Spears was 26th (1:21.25) in the 400-meter dash, Spears was 30th (3:30.6), Shanks was 31st (3:34.31) and Patterson was 32nd (3:35.84) in the 800-meter run and McGuire was 33rd in the 200-meter dash (36.58). The 3,200-meter relay team was fifth (12:16.81), while the 1,600-meter relay team was eighth (5:17).
For the Warriors, Dylan Young was 11th in the long jump (17-3), Brody Terrell was 13th in the 3,200-meter dash (14:03.97), Young was 22nd (12.83 seconds) and Clayton Roberts was 28th (12.99) in the 100-meter dash, Braydan Robinson was 22nd in the shot put (32-1.5), 27th in the 800-meter run (2:35.65) and 29th in the discus (66-10), Roberts was 28th (27.15) and Young 29th (27.43) in the 200-meter dash.
The Roland, Vian and Webbers Falls track teams were slated to run in Tuesday’s Heavener Invitational, then the Roland, Central, Vian and Gore track teams will participate in the Hilldale Invitational at 10 a.m. Friday in Muskogee.
