Sallisaw 3,000 Shot Shooting Camp starts Tuesday
The Sallisaw 3,000 Shot Shooting Camp will take place from 9 a.m. to noon beginning Tuesday and ending June 27 at Sallisaw Middle School Gym, which will be under the direction of Oklahoma Basketball Academy’s Shane Wagner.
The camp, which will take place for boys and girls in grades seven through 12, will cost $150 per camper This camp is for those wanting to learn correct techniques and get multiple reps while doing it. Wagner will work on grip, form and footwork. While doing this, campers will rep catch and shoot, shooting off the dribble, angles into shots, offensive moves, free throws, finishing at the rim and 3-point shooting.
The youth basketball camp will be from 1-3 p.m. beginning Tuesday and ending June 27 at Sallisaw Middle School Gym, and it’s open to boys and girls in grades four through six. The cost is $100 per camper.
