Enjoy the experience

Monday our chapter discussed about our SAG fun day with chapters from Poteau, Gore, Antlers, and Quinton. Our theme was SPACE: The Final Frontier. We had several dress up as Star Trek characters. We gave out award certificates for best weight loss, most exercise and walking and keeping a food journal. Antlers had the best chapter weight loss with 22 pounds. Antlers won the Traveling Cane since they drove the most distance and had the best weight loss. Our chapter had individual awards: Machell had the best weight loss, most exercise and walking. Donna, Virginia, Annette and Jerry received award certificates for exercise and walking and weight loss. Doris was awarded our Helping Hand statue. Our visitors enjoyed having their meal served in little spaceships. Our chapter had decorated the room with spaceships, planets, stars and an area for photos to be taken. We had prizes for all and each chapter had a basket to win. The next SAG fun day will be hosted by Antlers in October.
