Four local high school boys wrestling teams will try to get as many members to next weekend’s state tournament by placing high enough in this weekend’s regional tournaments.
Four local high school boys wrestling teams will try to get as many members to next weekend’s state tournament by placing high enough in this weekend’s regional tournaments.
The Sallisaw Black Diamonds, who competed for the second straight season at the Class 4A Dual State Tournament last Saturday at Tulsa Union High School, will be at the Class 4A Regional Tournament today and Saturday in Catoosa.
The Roland Rangers, the Vian Wolverines and the Gore Pirates will be at the Class 3A Regional Tournament today and Saturday at Blackwell.
The top five placers in each weight class will make it to their respective state tournaments, which will be next Friday and Saturday at Oklahoma City’s Jim Norick State Fair Arena.
