During the week of Feb. 10-16, 2025, Sequoyah County law enforcement tended to 23 animal calls, 160 traffic stops, and numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports.

Following is a list of incidents included in last week’s reports:

02/10/2025

5:19 a.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of E. 1085 Rd- RP called to advise that someone cut her water lines. Justin Deuley and Gary Adams responded.

12:20 p.m.- Harassment- Unknown Location- RP requested to speak with a deputy in regards to someone calling her about her dogs. Court Waters responded.

1:06 p.m.- Harassment- In the vicinity of E. 1085 Rd- RP reported that someone was tampering with her cigarettes. Daniel Whitus responded.

1:57 p.m.- Speak with a Deputy- In the vicinity of E. 1005 Rd- RP stated that his ex-wife stole his car. Hunter Hutchinson and Court Waters responded.

2:13 p.m.- Suspicious Person In the vicinity of 4670 Rd- RP reported that a man in a brown jacket was walking alongside the roadway. Hunter Hutchinson and Daniel Whitus responded.

4:26 p.m.- Fraud- Armstrong Bank (Muldrow)- RP advised that her employer bounced his check to her. Richard Matthews and Kevin Mackey responded.

5:08 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of I-40 and MM 304- RP stated that his wife was screaming and throwing things at him. Hunter Hutchinson responded.

6:43 p.m.- Speak with a Deputy Muldrow Quikway- RP requested a ride for her friend to Fort Smith, after she was evicted from her apartment. Richard Matthews and Kevin Mackey responded.

7:03 p.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of E. 1100 Rd- RP advised that someone dropped off a woman at his gate, and she was refusing to leave. Tyler Engleman responded.

02/11/2025

7:23 a.m. – Speak with a Deputy Unknown Location- RP reported that his ex-girlfriend left his items on her porch, and his items got wet from the rain. Gore PD responded.

8:45 a.m. – Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of E. 1060 Rd- RP reported having seen a female subject walking down the road with a shovel. Hunter Hutchinson responded.

9:05 a.m. – Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of S. 4715 Rd- RP advised that a man was sitting at the end of her driveway in his vehicle. Daniel Whitus responded.

9:42 a.m. – Property Dispute- In the vicinity of E. 1128 Rd- RP called and advised that family members were on his property trying to obtain property from his late uncle’s estate. Daniel Whitus and CJ McGee responded.

1:20 p.m.- Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of Hwy. 101- RP reported that her sister refused to transfer the water service to her name. Daniel Whitus responded.

2:08 p.m.- Fraud- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64- RP reported that he has been scammed by someone on Facebook. Court Waters responded.

5:41 p.m.- Threats- Laundromat RP stated that three men were fighting inside the laundromat. Keenan Gibson responded.

6:50 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of Hwy. 59- RP called to report someone was banging on her door. Tyler Engleman responded.

7:37 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of W. Shawntel Smith Blvd- RP stated that there was a woman sitting in her car yelling at her. Richard Matthews and Alex Seabolt responded.

9:53 p.m.- Noise Complaint- In the vicinity of W. Vaughn St- RP reported that his neighbor was playing music too loudly. David Garvin responded.

02/12/2025

2:26 a.m. – Information- Unknown Location- RP called to request a ride for his family member who was just released from jail. Allen Ramey responded.

9:25 a.m. – Vandalism- In the vicinity of S. 4688 Rd- RP advised that his wife went to get belongings from her mother’s house, and found it was vandalized. Brian Stone responded.

10:09 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of Redbud Ln- RP called to report that a vehicle was sitting in the church parking lot. Colt Oliver responded.

5:40 p.m.- Information- In the vicinity of Rock Cliff Rd- RP advised that his neighbor’s house seemed to have been broken into. Charles Webber responded.

6:01 p.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of I-40 (near Sallisaw) RP reported that a man was walking in the right-hand westbound lane. Alex Seabolt responded.

6:09 p.m.- Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of E. 1085 Rd- RP advised that she purchased property from a man she believes cut her water lines. Justin Deuley responded.

6:18 p.m.- Information- In the vicinity of S. 4497 Rd- RP reported that a man followed her home after trying to run her off the road. Steven Jenkins, Charles Webber and Grant Pruitt responded.

02/13/2025

12:17 a.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of N. Main St- RP reported a car alarm was going off at a car dealership. Chance Yoakum responded.

9:28 a.m. – Property Dispute- In the vicinity of S. 4503 Rd- RP stated that his employer trespassed him from his residence, but he needs to retrieve his personal belongings. Shane Petree responded.

9:43 a.m. – Speak with a Deputy- In the vicinity of S. 4670 Rd- RP had questions about a PO that he was served. Brian Stone responded.

12:13 p.m.- Trespassing- Muldrow Family Dollar- A store employee called to request deputies remove a belligerent customer from the store. Riley Brooks and Brad Roberts responded.

12:36 p.m.- Other- Arena Plaza- An employee reported that someone stole gas. Riley Brooks responded.

12:41 p.m.- Property Dispute- Unknown Location- RP advised that her sister’s landlords were not allowing her access to her property. Brian Stone responded.

2:15 p.m.- Breaking and Entering In the vicinity of Hwy. 10A- RP stated that someone broke into a building in his neighborhood. Steven Jenkins responded.

3:01 p.m.- Trash Dumping- In the vicinity of S. 1115 Rd- RP advised that someone dumped several dead deer and other items on his property. Brian Stone responded.

4:19 p.m.- Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of E. Shawntel Smith Blvd- RP stated that a darkcolored car was in the driveway of a business. Kevin Mackey and Richard Matthews responded.

6:12 p.m.- Fraud- In the vicinity of S. 4701 Rd- RP reported that funds were missing from their SNAP assistance card balance. Justin Deuley responded.

12/14/2025

12:30 a.m. – Information- In the vicinity of Hwy. 59- RP called to request information about how to pick up her belongings from a property that she was trespassed from. Gary Adams responded.

10:21 a.m. – Harassment- In the vicinity of Cherokee Rock Rd- RP reported that his ex-wife has been hacking into his social media accounts. Daniel Whitus responded.

6:27 p.m.- Speak with a Deputy- In the vicinity of S. 4497 Rd- RP reported that there was some illegal activity happening in his neighborhood, but could not elaborate. Tyler Engleman responded.

7:43 p.m.- Noise Complaint- In the vicinity of S. 4610 Rd- RP reported that he heard gunshots in the area. Mark Choate responded.

9:08 p.m.- Extra Patrol Request- In the vicinity of S. 4612 Rd- RP requested extra police presence as she believed someone was using her car at night while she was sleeping. Mark Choate responded.

02/15/2025

10:15 a.m. – Drugs- In the vicinity of N. Main St- RP (an employee at Dollar General) advised that she found drugs in the bathroom. Jason Fullen responded.

1:11 p.m.- Information- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64- RP reported that an elderly man was driving erratically. James Huggins responded.

1:44 p.m.- Argument- Unknown Location in Muldrow- RP advised that he had an argument with his brother, who then left upset. James Huggins and Jerry Brooks responded.

5:03 p.m.- Argument- Dollar General- RP reported that there were 10 people arguing in the store. Alex Seabolt responded.

6:57 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of E. Hunter- RP stated that someone backed into his driveway to turn around and damaged his driveway. David Garvin responded.

7:18 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- Arena Plaza- RP reported that a black SUV was parked near the parked semi-trucks and the driver was acting suspiciously. James Huggins and Alex Seabolt responded.

8:58 p.m.- Disturbance- In the vicinity of E. 5th St- RP called to report that his neighbor left his house and knocked down his mailbox.

Brett Visor and Tyler Engleman responded.

9:50 p.m.- Trespassing- In the vicinity of Hwy. 59- RP reported that her granddaughter needed a ride to her house. Mark Choate responded.

11:42 p.m.- Prowler- In the vicinity of N. 4650 Rd- RP stated that there was a man at the doors of the church knocking. Mark Choate and Tyler Engleman responded.

02/16/2025

12:44 a.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Steve Owens- RP reported that her 4-wheeler was stolen. Tyler Engleman responded.

1:45 a.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64B- RP called to report that people were running up-and-down the road, and the RP thought she heard gunshots. Allen Ramey, Mark Choate and Tyler Engleman responded.

11:10 a.m. – Other- In the vicinity of E. 1100 Rd- RP advised that his neighbor’s gates were open, and asked a deputy to investigate.

Hunter Hutchinson responded.

2:35 p.m.- Other- Pier 7- RP reported that her ex-husband was meeting her to return her car, and she wanted a deputy to escort her to the meeting. Court Waters and Hunter Hutchinson responded.

3:27 p.m.- Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 59- RP reported that his lawn mower was stolen.

Hunter Hutchinson responded.

3:30 p.m.- Disturbance- Unknown Location- RP reported that two people were arguing outside of his business. Daniel Whitus responded.

3:43 p.m.- Shooting Firearms Unsafely- In the vicinity of S. 4650 Rd- RP advised that people were hunting illegally on his property.

Hunter Hutchinson responded.

4:43 p.m.- Extra Patrol Request- In the vicinity of SW 3rd St- RP reported that the barn across from his house seemed to have been broken into, and requested more police presence in the area. Alex Seabolt responded.

9:31 p.m.- Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 1005 Rd- RP reported that a car was parked near the Brushy cemetery. Mark Choate responded.
