During the week of March 3-9, 2025, Sequoyah County law enforcement tended to 16 animal calls, 131 traffic stops, and numerous medical and domestic calls according to police reports. Following is a list of incidents included in last week’s reports:

03/03/2025

10:11 a.m. – Stolen Vehicle- In the vicinity of S. 4523 Rd- RP stated that a family member and their girlfriend stole his truck. Shane Petree responded.

11:22 a.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 1043 Rd- RP reported that his chainsaw was missing. CJ McGee responded.

4:37 p.m. – Disturbing the Peace- In the vicinity of Muldrow Park- RP advised that several teenagers were yelling at adults in the park. Richard Matthews and Kevin Mackey responded.

7:50 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64- RP reported that a vehicle was driving on the wrong side of the road with no headlights. Justin Deuley responded.

03/04/2025

1:09 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. Caddo St- RP advised that someone hacked her bank account. Riley Brooks responded.

2:36 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4541 Rd- RP reported that someone stole his table saw the other evening, and he wanted to add this to an existing report of theft. Shane Petree responded.

4:58 p.m. – Disturbance- Executive Inn- RP stated that the manager of the motel broke into his room. Alex Seabolt and Richard Matthews responded.

5:35 p.m. – Fraud- In the vicinity of S. 4597 Rd- RP stated that someone was messaging him requesting $5,000 in gift cards. Gary Adams responded.

7:35 p.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of E. 1057 Rd- RP advised that there were drones flying over his property. Charles Webber responded.

7:26 p.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of SW 6th St- RP reported that a neighbor was yelling at her and her husband. Richard Matthews and Alex Seabolt responded.

7:56 p.m. – Other- In the vicinity of SW 6th St- RP called to report that his neighbor kicked down part of his fence. Alex Seabolt responded.

7:56 p.m. – Other- In the vicinity of W. Sequoyah- RP stated that someone broke the lock box from his electrical panel and wanted to make a report. Caleb Taylor responded.

8:46 p.m. – Extra Patrol Request- In the vicinity of S. 4717 Rd- RP requested extra patrol in her neighborhood as she had recently seen a van matching the description of a person against whom she has an active PO. Justin Deuley responded.

03/05/2025

8:49 a.m. – Information- Unknown Location near Sallisaw- RP reported that an Aviagen truck pulling a trailer with lime had lost its load on the highway. Colton Goff responded.

9:54 a.m. – Altercation- In the vicinity of Mineral Springs- RP advised that county workers and his neighbors were in a physical fight. Daniel Whitus responded.

11:43 a.m. – Speak with a Deputy Unknown Location- RP called to speak to a particular officer regarding an incident that happened the night prior, but refused to provide further details. Tim Keith responded.

12:32 p.m. – Vandalism- In the vicinity of W. Schley St- RP reported that someone cut his chain link fence. Kevin Kirk responded.

2:49 p.m. – Trespassing- In the vicinity of Hwy. 100- RP advised that he wanted his neighbor trespassed from his property. Court Waters responded.

5:20 p.m. – Information- In the vicinity of MLK Blvd- RP requested an officer take a report of vandalism to her mother’s vehicle. Kevin Kirk responded.

6:17 p.m. – Speak with a Deputy Unknown Location- RP stated that she was trying to get into her daughter’s phone, and the daughter would not provide the password. Allen Ramey responded.

8:29 p.m. – Shooting Firearms Unsafely- In the vicinity of Oak St- RP reported that she heard two gunshots in the area. James Huggins and Alex Seabolt responded.

8:52 p.m. – Information- In the vicinity of S. 4507 Rd- RP advised that there were drones flying over his house. Mark Choate responded.

11:27 p.m. – Fight in Progress Littlefield’s- RP called to report that there was a brawl between several people at the gas station. James Huggins and Alex Seabolt responded.

11:28 p.m. – Prowler- In the vicinity of E. 1093 Rd- RP stated that he thought he heard someone outside of his house. Allen Ramey responded.

03/06/2025

12:13 a.m. – Suspicious Person In the vicinity of Hwy. 64B- RP advised that there was a man sitting on the side of the highway. Allen Ramey and Roland PD responded.

1:20 a.m. – Disturbance- I-40, Exit 316- RP reported that two truck drivers were causing a disturbance at the rest area. Tyler Engleman and Allen Ramey responded.

6:16 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of S. 4450 Rd- RP stated that there was an unknown vehicle parked in the parking lot of the church. Hunter Hutchinson and Court Waters responded.

9:11 a.m. – Fraud- Unknown Location- RP needed to report fraudulent activity on his debit card. Court Waters responded.

12:37 p.m. – Stolen Property Love’s- RP advised that someone stole her wallet and items from her pickup while she was in the store. Mark Harkins and Kevin Kirk responded.

9:07 p.m. – Information- Unknown Location- RP called to request the Sheriff talk to Muldrow PD about not hiding, and to “go to work.” Richard Matthews responded.

03/07/2025

6:14 a.m. – Disturbing the Police- In the vicinity of NE Railroad- RP stated that an unknown person was outside of her home ringing the doorbell. Tracy Christenberry responded.

11:30 a.m. – Stolen Property- Harp’s RP reported that daughter’s boyfriend stole her phone. Brett Visor responded.

1:01 p.m. – Stolen Property- Unknown Location- RP stated that she went to a tow lot to retrieve items from her wrecked vehicle, and the items were all missing. Wade Hall and CJ McGee responded.

2:51 p.m. – Threats- In the vicinity of S. Caddo St- RP stated that she was receiving harassing text messages from someone on her phone. Riley Brooks responded.

4:55 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 100- RP reported that he had about 100 feet of welding wire that was stolen from his house. Charles Webber responded.

4:55 p.m. – Trash Dumping- In the vicinity of SE 6th St- RP stated that people were dropping off trash in her dumpster. Kevin Mackey responded.

8:52 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64B- RP reported that someone stole her travel trailer and ATV. However, upon deputies arrival, the RP realized the vehicles were not missing. Gary Adams, Justin Deuley and Grant Pruitt responded.

03/08/2025

4:58 a.m. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of Inola- RP called to report that there were vehicles parked by the baseball field. Andy McConohy responded.

7:25 a.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4730 Rd- RP advised that her home was broken into a few days prior, and that a family member stole items as well. CJ McGee responded.

10:06 a.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of Hwy. 10A- RP reported that after coming home, she discovered her home had been broken into and items were taken. Shane Petree responded.

10:14 a.m. – Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of E. 1080 Rd- RP advised that his ex-wife was on her way to his house to retrieve her personal property and he requested a deputy be there for the exchange. Brian Stone responded.

10:16 a.m. – Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of E. 1080 Rd- RP stated that she was trying to get items from her husband’s house and that he was not allowing her access. Brian Stone responded.

10:48 a.m. – Disturbance- In the vicinity of N. Main St- RP advised that a neighbor came to his house and complained about boxes being piled up on the side of the RP’s house. Brett Visor responded.

1:27 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4740 Rd- RP reported that his generator had been stolen. CJ McGee responded.

3:26 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of E. 1070 Rd- RP stated that his wife stole his cell phone. Brian Stone responded.

5:49 p.m. – Argument- In the vicinity of S. Baker St- RP called to advise that she and her ex-husband had a disagreement and he requested her to move a vehicle from his yard. But, due to the ground being muddy, she will be unable to move it until the ground dries. James Huggins and Kevin Mackey responded.

10:08 p.m. – Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of S. 4751 Rd- RP reported that her daughter had two individuals at her house that she did not approve of being there. Justin Deuley responded.

10:44 p.m. – Speak with a Deputy In the vicinity of S. 4760 Rd- RP requested to speak to a deputy in regards to a traffic citation they received while in Fort Smith, Ark.

03/09/2025

8:16 a.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. Main St- RP stated that items were stolen from her vehicle overnight. Jerry Brooks responded.

10:14 a.m. – Suspicious Person- In the vicinity of E. 965 Rd- RP called to report that there was a man in his backyard, and that it looked like the man may have tampered with the RP’s chicken coop. CJ McGee responded.

1:26 p.m. – Vandalism- In the vicinity of Lennington Rd- RP advised that someone stole fiber power lines from the pole in their yard. Brian Stone responded.

2:28 p.m. – Other- In the vicinity of Hwy. 64B- RP called to report that they had seen plastic bags on the side of the road with marijuana in it. CJ McGee responded.

2:50 p.m. – Suspicious Vehicle- In the vicinity of E. 1070 Rd- RP stated that there was a red pickup parked in front of his house, on the shoulder of the road. Brian Stone responded.

5:00 p.m. – Stolen Property- In the vicinity of S. 4740 Rd- RP reported that his generator was stolen yesterday, and wanted to make a new report regarding the theft. CJ McGee responded.

5:56 p.m. – Complaint- In the vicinity of SE 5th St- RP advised that someone had rifled through her car. Kevin Mackey and Richard Matthews responded.
