Roland boys runners-up, girls 10th at Henryetta Invitational; Ranger runner wins 800-meter run
HENRYETTA — The Roland Rangers track team finished as runners-up and the Lady Rangers 10th at Friday’s Henryetta Invitational track meet.

The Rangers finished with 91 points, 35 points behind team champion Liberty (126 points).
For the Rangers, Landon Killer, who signed a cross country letter of intent with Carl Albert State College in February, won the 800-meter run (2:18.22) and was third in the 1,600-meter run (5:19.02).
Hunter Lowe was runner-up (13:01.7) and Billy McElhaney was 10th (17:57.76) in the 3,200-meter run.
The Rangers saw three of their shot put throwers make the top five as Dalton Crossno was second (41-1), Braxton Prewett third (39-0) and Coby Campbell fifth (36-10). Joseph Sharrah was 16th (32-4) and Talen Reese was 22nd (31-2).
Prewett was runner-up (1016), Reese was 21st (75-2) and Sharrah was 27th (69-7) in the discus.
The Rangers had a 3-4 finish in the high jump as Nate Criswell was third (5-4) and Josh Bower was fourth (5-2).
Bower was seventh in the 400-meter dash (59.92 seconds), with Ayden Sutton finishing 14th (25.84), McElhaney coming in 31st (27.91) and Ryder Blake finishing 34th (28.75).
Uriah Phillips was fourth (19-0), Damonte Owens eighth (18-5) and Daxton Owens 15th (16-5) in the long jump, Trevor Lasiter was 15th (12.73) in the 100-meter dash and Lowe was 16th (6:14.17) and Cash Bobbitt was 21st (6:37.93) in the 1,600-meter run.
As for Rangers’ relay teams, Phillips, Lasiter, Criswell and Sutton were runners-up in the 800-meter relay (1:42.31), Mason Kemp, Lasiter, Criswell and Sutton were third in the 1,600-meter relay (4:01.11), Jack Johnson, Bower, Trevor Tanksleary and Killer were sixth in the 3,200-meter relay (10:24.14) and Damonte Owens, Lasiter, Criswell and Sutton were seventh in the 400-meter relay (47.36 seconds).
As for the Lady Rangers, Molly Carver was runner-up (13:24.64) in the 3,200-meter run and fourth in the 1,600-meter run (6:11.65), while Mira Reagan was third in the long jump (15-0).
Adriana Moya was fourth (29.74 seconds), Reagan was seventh and Aita Ndoye Diene was 31st (38.78) in the 200-meter dash.
Moya was seventh (1:11.97) and Madi Whisenant 20th (1:26.92) in the 400-meter dash, Danielle McElhaney was seventh (26-9) and Jestina Cantrell was 13th (23-10) in the shot put, Moya was eighth (14.85 seconds) and Reagan 10th (15.17) in the 100-meter dash and Cadence Cole was 10th in the 1,600-meter run (7:39.3).
Cantrell was ninth in the discus (66-9), while Anistyn Howard (3:28.8) and Abby Bower was 21st (3:35.41) in the 800-meter run.
The Lady Rangers’ 3,200-meter relay team of Carver, Bower, Howard and Cole was fourth (12:55.3).
