Local golfers compete in Stigler Boys Invitational

STIGLER — The Roland Rangers golf team, two Sallisaw Black Diamonds and two Muldrow Bulldogs competed in Thursday’s Stigler Boys Invitational, which took place at Brier Creek Golf Course.

STIGLER — The Roland Rangers golf team, two Sallisaw Black Diamonds and two Muldrow Bulldogs competed in Thursday’s Stigler Boys Invitational, which took place at Brier Creek Golf Course.

The Rangers had a team score of 370, with three of the five golfers shooting less than 100.

Kylan White had an 84, followed by Avery Moya with an 89 and Brady Edmondson with a 95. Keegan Knapp shot a 102, while Jalen Armer carded a 108.

For the Black Diamonds, Bo Qualls shot a 104, while Christian Ellis had a 117.

For the Bulldogs, Parker Likens was 34th with a 98, while Caden Grinstead was 39th with a 99.

MULDROW GOLF DUO COMPETES AT WAGONER

Two Muldrow Bulldogs competed at the Wagoner Boys Invitational on Friday at Sequoyah State Park Golf Course.

Caden Grinstead carded a 99 to place 22nd, while Parker Likens was 35th with a 117.
